Studio apartment located in a condominium on a side street of Corso del Sole, approximately 600 meters from the beach. Suitable for 2 to 4 guests, the apartment is situated on the 4th floor and offers a living area with a sofa bed (wider than a standard single) and a second sofa bed that can be used as two singles or joined together, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower (no window), a terrace, and a covered parking space. The apartment also features air conditioning.

° Not included - Mandatory to be paid in cash on site:
-Tourist tax: 1.15eur per person per day applies to all guests aged 4 and above.

Guests must ensure the kitchen is left clean, with no unwashed dishes, leftover food, or trash remaining in the apartment.
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.
