Welcome to our property, ideal for a family or a group of friends, located in an elegant and brand new Residence, completely enclosed, divided from the beach by a 80 m luxuriant mediterranean wood.
This stylish and air-conditioned holiday home comes with 1 living room with a double sofa-bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Guests can make meals in the kitchenette that comes with a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. This apartment features a coffee machine, a seating area, a TV with satellite channels, Wi-fI and an outdoor dining area. Plus, a shared loundry and underground parking-place for a relaxing stay.

Check in from 17:00 until 19:00. Check out from 08:00 until 09:00.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. The beach, reachable through a comfortable pedestrian way, is provided with every kind of service and the apartment is furnished with 2 sun umbrella and 2 sun chairs, sun bed, included in price. The shopping center is 150 m from the Residence. The building is composed of an underground level, where are located garages. The apartments are on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor with loft. All levels are provided with lift. Plus, two swimming-pools, one for adults and one for children, surrounded by a large sun-terrace.

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
