This traditional villa is in the most popular area of the complex because the terrace gets the western sunsets. The proximity to the community pools and sunbeds makes this villa a favourite for couples and families. This villa is also only a few steps from the car park.

A comfortable and colourful self-catering villa with the living area looking out over the 9th green of the north course of Golf del Sur. The large rear terrace has plenty of room and comes complete with table and chairs and four (4) sunbeds for sunbathing in privacy.

Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, wardrobes, window with shutters and a ceiling Fan. The bedroom is complete with a large En-suite bathroom. Air conditioned (Coin Based)

Bedroom two has two single beds, bedside table and lamps, fitted wardrobe, patio doors with shutters leading to the back terrace with view of golf course. This bedroom also has air conditioning (coin based).

The second bathroom is a full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and oven.

The living area has 1 sofa and two comfort chairs, a coffee table, ceiling fan and a television with large patio doors leading to rear terrace.

The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 4/5 people. The terrace has plenty of room and has a table and chairs and 4 sunbeds for sunbathing in privacy. The terrace also includes a BBQ and dinning set to enjoy our near perfect weather.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
