A lovely hotel that feels like a garden retreat. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to all the main attractions, making the location very convenient. The room is incredibly spacious—almost like staying in a castle. The hotel also features a beautiful garden and relaxing seating areas. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.

Staff was wonderful. The shower is not suitable for an older person to get in and out easily, due to the old design. The room was spacious and the place overall is very nice.

This hotel is very old school San Miguel. It’s a beautiful hacienda type building with beautiful gardens and outside areas to sit. Please note that there is no AC in any of the rooms, however they do provide standing fans. At certain times of year the rooms get hot.

The outside of the property is very nice. The inside of the property needs maintenance/some repairs. Please check before you select this hotel. It has no air conditioner. No telephone no restaurant. Staff can only communicate by WhatsApp. There is basically no office..

Wonderful, friendly staff and a comfortable hotel in a great, quiet neighborhood. My husband and I felt very welcome. We are a same-sex couple, and we found the hotel totally welcoming, which is always a concern when traveling. We both recommend this hotel.
