It has a large living room kitchen with sofa bed and large window overlooking the surrounding hills, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with washing machine and dryer. San Floriano is located a few kilometers from Verona and the main toll booths motorways, in a strategic position for a food and wine or cultural holiday. The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi, towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No drinks, food or consumables (Soaps, Shampoos, etc....) are provided.

The Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after hours a fee is required contribution of 30.00 Euro to be paid upon arrival.

The Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed on the day before.
