Antico Podere renovated in an old style, but with modern comforts. Less than a km from the inhabited center
Modern comfortable kitchens living room with sofa bed and TV, all rooms have a large window with a view. Internet, independent heating. Outside a beautiful garden with table and chairs, to eat immersed in the countryside of our small farm with vineyard, olive grove and some fruit trees.

Superbe emplacement pour visiter le Val d'Orcia

Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses dans le logement. Nous avons découvert la région et le logement était un point de départ parfait pour se promener aux alentours. Tout les commentaires positifs concernant Rossano et sa famille sont mérités, tout a été parfait et sans soucis. Le logement est trés conforme aux photos, accueillant et au milieu d'une belle nature. Les températures élevées sont supportables à l'intérieur du logement grùce aux ventilateurs. la région est magnifique. La nourriture excellente. Les tomates du jardin étaient succulentes, et l'huile d'olive de Rossano est excellente également. Un grand merci pour tout.

Tres bel emplacement

Nous avons passé un trÚs beau séjour. TrÚs bien situé entre Montalcino et Montepulciano. La ville San Quirico d'Orcia est trÚs belle a visiter. La villa est entourée de vignobles et d'oliviers. La cuisine n'est pas muni de four et de grille-pain, mais contient l'essentiel.

Real Tuscany

This is simple rural property with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms were most welcome for my friend and I. Hosts parents were frequently working on the farm and supplied us with their own oil, eggs, and at the end, a gorgeous bowl of cherries. A stone’s throw from San Quirico D’Orcia which quickly became our “home town” in the stupendous Val D’Orcia. Not a luxury accommodation but practical and appealing. Highly recommended.

This little hidden gem is so peaceful and quaint. It’s ideal for 2 couples as the rooms are separated and heavy doors make it quiet. Yes it’s not fancy but it is quintessentially Italy. I will be back. Grazie Mille

SemplicitĂ  e accoglienza genuina

Abbiamo soggiornato nel podere Martinella per 2 settimane. La posizione ù fantastica per visitare la meravigliosa Val d’Orcia, Siena e i suoi dintorni. L’appartamento era completo di ogni cosa, molto fresco nonostante le temperature alte, comodo e tranquillo. Rossano e i suoi genitori hanno dimostrato un’ospitalità genuina e solare che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole passare qualche giorno tranquillo in un luogo ricco di bellezze da scoprire.

Ein wunderbarer Ferienhof umgeben von OlivenbĂ€umen und Zypressen. Familie Bindi ist sehr gastfreundschaftlich, eigenes Olivenöl, die weltbesten Tomaten und frische Eier gibt es auf Anfrage. In I5 Minuten Fußweg kommt man in ein sehr schönes StĂ€dchen mit Allem, das man fĂŒr die Versorgung und fĂŒr einen abendliches flanieren braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert sind die warmen Quellen in der nĂ€heren Umgebung und natĂŒrlich die kulinarischen Besonderheiten. Vielen Dank an Rossano und Familie. A wonderful agriturismo surrounded by olive trees and cypresses. Family Bindi is very hospitable, own olive oil, the world's best tomatoes and fresh eggs are available on request. In I5 minutes walk you come to a very nice town with everything you need for the supply and for an evening stroll. Highly recommended are the hot springs in the vicinity and of course the culinary specialities. Many thanks to Rossano and family.

Toskana, wie man sie sich ertrÀumt!

Ein sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil in traumhafter Umgebung und wunderbar eingebettet zwischen Olivenhainen und Weinstöcken. Das Haus verströmt einen wunderbaren, typisch toskanischen Landhaus-Charme und dessen gute Ausstattung vermittelt bis ins liebevoll gestaltete Detail AuthentizitĂ€t. Rossanos Mutter war unermĂŒtlich und emsig damit beschĂ€ftigt, die weitlĂ€ufige Außenanlage zu pflegen und dafĂŒr zu sorgen, dass sich die GĂ€ste wĂ€hrend ihres Aufenthaltes möglichst wohl fĂŒhlen. Der Gastgeber erwies sich als absolut flexibel und unkompliziert. SMS wurden umgehend beantwortet und auftretende Probleme (z.B. ein vorĂŒbergehender Stromausfall nach einem schweren Unwetter) zeitnah und prompt behoben. Besonders das "Starterpaket" fĂŒr den ersten Morgen war eine schöne Geste des Gastgebers. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die mit vielen Schlaglöchern gespickte Anfahrt (mutmaßlich eine Folge der vergangenen Unwetter), die allein schon die morgendliche Slalom-Fahrt zum BĂ€cker zur Herausforderung werden ließ. Fazit: Als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Entdeckungen in die sĂŒdliche Toskana ist das Haus auch verkehrstechnisch ideal gelegen und alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohnung im Obergeschoss gut eingerichtet fĂŒr 4 Personen. Alles vorhanden und sauber. Sehr gute Betreuung durch Besitzer und Sohn. Schöne Gast-Geschenke zum Eintreffen. Sehr angenehme, freundliche Vermieter. Ruhige Lage, die Stadt ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die von Rossano empfohlene Osteria sollte man sich keinesfalls entgehen lassen.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Rossano was very accommodating and helpful. On arrival there was a basket of essentials, plus fruit from the orchard and wine from the grove. If I was to suggest some improvements, it would be that the kitchen needs a few more tools to make it fully functional, there is no oven in the upstairs apartment, only a very small combination microwave, which wasn’t very useful. An update of the cookware is very much needed too. However I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Experience at the Agriturismo

If you are looking for an authentic experience at an agriturismo in Tuscany this is the perfect setting. Rossano & his family are wonderful, gracious hosts. Rossano’s mother let us into the upstairs apartment and Rossano greeted us shortly after to orient us to the farmhouse. The upstairs apartment was immaculately clean and charming. There were fresh eggs, coffee, pastries, a bottle of Rossano’s wine and home canned tomatoes waiting for us. The kitchen is well stocked for making breakfast and evening meals. The living space is nice and the bedrooms good size with comfortable beds. Rossano recommended sites & restaurants in the area and gave us discount vouchers. He made arrangements for a private wine tasting at nearby Santa Maria vineyard. The best recommendation he made was to visit Bagno Vignoni mineral baths at the hotel. We enjoyed the Saturday night bathing under the stars. Glorious experience. Rossano’s farmhouse is in a great location for exploring Tuscany. Easy drive to Montecchielo, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Siena. Rossano and his family are delightful, gracious hosts and attend to their property with great pride and care. After the hustle & bustle of the crowds of Florence this wonderful farmhouse was a peaceful & quiet home base for 3 nights in Tuscany. I highly recommend a stay here !

Tuscan Farmhouse Stay

This apartment was perfect for our stay; two couples. The en-suite bath with each bedroom was great. The apartment was exactly as it was presented. The location is very central in the Tuscany area. Rossanno was a perfect host; he left us a bottle of his wine and some of his olive oil to try. We would definitely recommend this location to stay. We hope to make it back someday!

Authentic Tuscan Home

If you want the feel of Tuscany, you have it in this quaint apartment. Needs a little updating when it comes to the linens but otherwise very comfortable. All the dirt roads surrounding the vineyards are a wonderful retrieve to walk with a glass of wine. We were a little surprised that the only way to access it was thru a dirt road, which is not unusual for the Tuscany area. The Family that owns it is very welcoming making it a nice place to stay.

Beautiful house in idealic location

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is located right on the family farm right outside San Quirico. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. Rossano was so kind and helpful, and gave us good tips and recommendations. A bottle of their own wine provided was very nice too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

The apartment was in a beautiful setting, with a vineyard and Rossano greeted us with a glass of wine and an introduction to his property. It was comfortable and the town of San Quirico d' Orcia was interesting and quaint. Rossano also helped us find a wine tasting at a nearby vineyard in Montelcino called Il Cocco. It is family run and is amazing. A great spot and we had lunch there too. Again loved the apartment would recommend to friends.

Beautiful farmhouse, nice location. Very accomodating.

Hard to find, but we stopped at a local shop. The locals, even though we didnt speak Italian, found our family, called them and Rosario came and retrieved us.
