For common use: small fenced garden and outdoor shower. 2 spacious double bedrooms one of which with additional single bed, living room with sofa bed and kitchen/dining area, 2 bathrooms with shower. Easy access to the most beautiful beaches and coves of the Gallura region in the northeast of Sardinia with routes that offer breathtaking views. 1 km the beautiful white sandy beach of Cinta, 12 km the beach Punta Est surrounded by dense vegetation. 50 km the Costa Smeralda with famous resorts. 500 m the center of the seaside resort of San Teodoro with numerous stores, markets, restaurants, bars and a lively nightlife.
