Appartamento nel complesso pulito e sufficientemente confortevole. L’appartamento è fresco e questo consente di gestire il limite imposto della chiave dell’aria condizionata non separabile dal mazzo di chiavi dell’abitazione. Il che significa che uscendo dall’abitazione l’aria condizionata va spenta. Durante il soggiorno il locatario dell’appartamento al piano terra ha organizzato un paio di cene con esterni con conseguente frastuono. Da tenere in considerazione. Il personale de I Tre Golfi è molto disponibile ed in grado di aiutare gli ospiti in caso di necessità.La vicinanza al mare e al centro di San Vito è sicuramente il punto di forza dell’abitazione. Qualche lavoro di rinfresco interno sarebbe auspicabile.
