Nice room, housekeeping made some neat bow ties in the bathroom. Super clean with lots of room. Breakfast was really good.

Not satisfied with customer service

My nephew made the reservation for Sanford however when I went to check in as I am 79 and took me longer for holiday traffic, I check in at 830pm to find out it was made for Sanford NC and not Sanford, FL. So the clerk would not call the other location or make the correction so When I was able to get through I was advised I needed to contact hotels.com. I called them and they stated this was not their fault and because I was checking in so late I would need to pay one nights amount. I dont believe this is far as we have booked multiple times with hotels and had no issues. I was going to visit my 89 year old friend in hospice who actually passed away today on my drive back. Was just an added stress, and my nephew advised it did not say Sanford NC. Only said Sanford and did not really know there was one in NC as we just moved there and lived in Florida all my life . And to top it off the front desk person was very rude to me and would not help at the location in Sanford FL. So that was an added stress I had to deal with and at 79 it got me so frustrated when they could have taken a few minutes to explain everything and it was not busy at check in

Hello. Thanks for the review, however your issue is with Sanford, Florida and not Sanford, North Carolina. Sorry for any issues you may have experienced with them. Please come and see us if you are ever in NC.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet . Breakfast buffet was nice but I would like to see more GF options.
