Summary:
Welcome to Villa Sanibel 1D- Be one of the first guests to enjoy this recently renovated residence, finished in 2025! Total relaxation awaits at this beautiful condo appointed in coastal style in the exclusive Villa Sanibel development. With a ground floor patio leading to the beach in less than 1 minute and the parking spot located right behind the unit, this unit is ideal for guests with limited mobility. The unit features two large bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms, a spacious living room area, a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a well-appointed kitchen.

The Space:
This unit is located on the ground floor and features more than 900 square feet of island living space. This unit features three beds, one king (located in the master bedroom), and two double beds (located in the guest bedroom), in addition to two full bathrooms. Included are essentials such as in unit washer and dryer, wifi, hair dryer, microwave, range, refrigerator, and more. Additionally, guests have access to on site pool and tennis facilities, in addition to beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, and much more.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all the amenities of the Villa Sanibel complex including a recently renovated pool, tennis courts, grills and private beach access just steps from your unit.

The Neighborhood:
Villa Sanibel is located in a highly desirable location, on West Gulf Drive. Extremely close to the beach but also a quick drive away from dining and shopping, this unit provides the optimal balance of vacationing in a tranquil setting yet being in the middle of it all within minutes.

Getting Around:
Uber, taxi, and car can get you to the unit.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement upon booking the property.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

Interaction with Guests:
We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.

Our condo at Point Santo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. A few things: we knew their would be workers however they had large piles of dirt blocking our path several days in a row and that was extremely inconvenient for my elderly parents, especially my mother who I had explained had teouble walking. Next, upon arrival there was no folder or any explanations of how tvs worked, how fans worked, where dumpsters were located or anything about the condo. Bathrooms outlets did not work until the third day of our stay. That guy had to show us how to use the TV’s. We also had over hundreds of bug bites this vacation. We had many guests warning and telling us the have been bad. If so why isn’t it enough to tell guests coming to stay? The bugs were awful at the beach and pool area. Is this not something you can spray for? We did notice on the last Friday of our stay helicopters may have been spraying but not soon enough. The condo was very accommodating for our family and your staff was very friendly however there were a few things that we feel could have been done to make our stay better prepared for. Peaceful Beach Retreat

Our stay here (1D) was peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed! The unit was very clean, well appointed and located just steps from the beach and ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There plenty of beach towels and although we didnt use much from the beach closet on the patio it was super stocked with chairs, umbrellas, kids beach toys etc. I was glad to have it available even though we just used 1 chair and 1 umbrella. I Appreciated that there were a couple of regular height beach chairs which i used daily. We will definitely be back!

Best beach stay

What an incredible getaway. Our vacation home stay was peaceful from check in to check out. The home came with everything we needed. Clean, peaceful, functional and so much more. Fully functional kitchen, excellent BBQ esp for a vacation BBQ, beach chairs/umbrella/beach toys, I even bought a yoga mat and left it for the next family to use. Everyone around us was very zen and we all just wanted to have a nice quiet beach vacation, absolutely perfect. Outside the home in 5 steps you are on sand that leads to the beach, it’s beautiful. I’m very grateful we were all comfortable. I look forward to reserving this amazing home again! Thank you for sharing your amazing beautiful home with us.
