Nice location, quiet hotel

Good location, about a 20 walk from the train station. Close to the beach and the upscale shopping district. Owners are wonderful, but honestly the rooms could use a little update, some paint maybe? No elevator, so plan on lots of steps with luggage especially if you get the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good.

Lovely staff to help with all the question we had about all the places we wanted to go or see. The building is historical, and we loved experiencing all its charm and uniqueness including the squeaky floors. We believe it was a comfortable accommodation and I’m not a young person, but young at heart.

Some stairs to navigate.

Great stay. Small but coming room, soft bed. Ocean view comes at the price of 73 steps to get there, no elevator. But nice hotel super close to train station. Great breakfast for a small added fee.

Excellent Experience

The staff was fantastic--- check-in, during the stay, breakfast, check-out, bag storage, and more. The hotel was wonderful---great view of the water from our 3rd-floor window. We didn't mind the stairs. Breakfast was something to look forward to each day. Location was very convenient--short walk to the beach, casino, and the main restaurant/shopping area. The beds were a little stiff (as noted in some reviews) but it was not a problem for us. Just different not bad. Would stay here again.

The staff is wonderful, helpful, kind and they even let us check in early. The hotel is cute and very safe and well located. The beds, mattresses and bed sheets are really bad, the squeak while my kids turn while sleeping and not comfortable, pillows are high and cheap.

Well located a few blocks away from the Casino and Sanremo's pedestrian area, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were just right, while the staff went out of their way to make sure my sojourn with them was spot-on. They were attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations on places to go and where to dine and also served an excellent breakfast. All in all a wonderful stay.

Excellent stay at very central hotel.

Excellent stay. Location very central. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Sea view room very quiet and comfortable but lot of stairs to climb to 3rd floor - only book this floor if you are ok climbing stairs, however staff took bags up for us. Would definitely stay there again.
