This stunning Villa / Farmhouse / Home boasts 11 rooms spread over 350m2 and three levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and flat-screen satellite TV, a billiard room, a large kitchen fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, and freezer, as well as a dining table, and two showers/bidet/WC. Moving up to the first floor, there is an open living room with a sofa bed and kitchen corner, two rooms with one single bed and one double bed each, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a hydro massage bath, bidet, WC, and flat-screen TV. Additionally, there is another open living room and kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom with a hydro massage bath on this floor, along with access to the loggia and garden from the living area. The second upper floor features an open kitchen with a dining table and access to the garden, as well as a bathroom. The third upper floor is a lounge area with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and wood-burning stove, offering a cozy retreat, as well as a double bedroom with a flat-screen satellite TV and an ensuite bathroom with a hydro massage bath, bidet, and WC.
