Located in St Pere Pescador, this holiday home offers complete privacy and a private swimming pool to enjoy a swim in the sultry summers. There are 5 bedrooms, which can accommodate 10 people, perfect for a large family or many families traveling together. The holiday home rests near the Spanish coast. You are at a walkable distance from the town center, shops, and restaurants while staying here. The river is just 500 m away. If you want to take in fresh sea breezes, then the sea is 2 km away. This tastefully furnished home has a private garden surrounding the pool, where you can sunbathe. There is a barbecue to enjoy the evenings. You can sit out and still avoid the sun in the conservatory. There is a table tennis table for your recreation. Cot and high chair are available for a small fee here. You can also bring 2 of your pets here. Parking is provided. The nearest train station is 20 km away. The airport is located at a distance of 50 km.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Es ist ein geräumiges und feines Haus, aber wenig Atmosphäre. Man merkt deutlich, dass es sich um ein Haus handelt, in dem der Eigentümer selbst nicht wohnt. Schade ist auch, dass die Schlafzimmer nicht mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet sind und man von der Terrasse des Wohnbereichs ganz auf die andere Seite des Hauses und dann nach unten und durch die Garage / Ställe zum Pool gehen muss. Tolles Haus mit schönen Betten. Die Lage ist großartig mit schönen Restaurants und Strand in der Nähe. Strand nur ein bisschen zu weit, um ihn wirklich zu Fuß zu erreichen, aber mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut machbar. Ärgerlich, dass bei diesem Haus für mehrere Familien nur 1 Schlüsselbund vorhanden war. Nicht praktisch, wenn Sie als Familie etwas nur mit Ihrer eigenen Familie unternehmen möchten.
