- The Residence is not open to external people who are not staying in the facility

- For reservations of multiple accommodations for Groups of Friends and/or Groups of Family Members, it will not be possible to move chairs, tables and armchairs between various properties for lunches/dinners with friends and group evening meetings

- It is forbidden to organize parties and events

- The occurrence of such behaviors will incur the corresponding penalty of € 350 which will be immediately withheld from the security deposit

- Upon check-in, the parties will carry out an inspection of the condition of the accommodation, the furnishings and the equipment contained therein. The Tenant / Guest must report any defects and shortages to the Landlords within 24 hours. In the absence of reports, the inspection will be considered as accepted

- There are no bars and/or restaurants inside the Residence

- Maximum tranquility is required

- Since the residence is equipped with similar accommodations, the photographs provided are indicative, as the furnishings, objects, size, and internal distribution may undergo changes depending on the accommodation provided, however guaranteeing the main furnishings and functionality of the accommodation with the number of rooms.
