Die Villa selbst hat zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss sind Wohn- und Esszimmer, Küche und ein Wintergarten mit Ausblick. Außerdem befinden sich im Erdgeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und das "master bed room" / Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Badezimmer. Beide Badezimmer have eine Badewanne.
