Nice Spot!

The condo was really nice and clean. The area is slowly growing but many options for restaurants and grocery. There is a pickle ball court and pool which is a sweet addition for the family. My only issue with this place is the master bedroom backs up to a Main Street, W. Sunset Blvd. starting at 5:30-6:00AM, the cars driving by are loud and woke me up every morning. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

The poor score is due to the fact that this property is RIGHT on a VERY busy street. The traffic noise was such that we couldn't use the master bedroom - it pretty much never lets up from early morning into the night. We had to sleep in the other rooms. The living room/ kitchen was also very noisy from the road and wasn't pleasant to hang out. We didn't even try going out on the patio, it was so noisy. The place is new, clean and well stocked and the rental agency was good and had good communication. If traffic noise doesn't bother you, then this place would be fine. Just wanted others to know what you are getting into.

Great place!

The places is absolutely fantastic. Very large. There are only five of us, but there were beds for 10. If people are sharing. Very clean. Great entertainment, fully stocked. Great for family. The only downside is that the master abuts a main highway, and so it’s pretty loud throughout the night with cars driving by. There’s a washer and dryer. There’s everything. it’s great. Great location And the hosts were very responsive and great. I’d stay here again.
