- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and access to BALCONY II;

- BEDROOM I with a single bed, closet, and desk;

- BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, and toilet with bidet;

- TWO BALCONIES.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump (split system in the master bedroom), ceiling fan in the living room, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 40 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for a fee.
