For occupancy the owners prefer no more than eight occupants. There is a new laundry area with washer and dryer for the downstairs wing.
This secluded home offers wonderful wrap around decks to relax and enjoy the quiet scenery or have a BBQ. The kiva fireplace on the lower deck is not operable due to fire restrictions in the mountains.
