Welcome to Serenity at San Juan!  This 4-bedroom, 3-bath luxurious home offers everything you need to accommodate up to 10 guests. With views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, a private pool, and a short walk to the sugar sands of Santa Rosa Beach, this is the vacation destination you deserve! Upon entering Serenity at San Juan, you are welcomed into the home's main level with soothingly neutral colors enhanced with refreshing natural light. You will find stunning Gulf views throughout the home's multiple balconies. 

The spacious first-floor main living area creates a welcoming space for everyone to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal with seating at the breakfast bar and dining table. Gather around the flat-screen TV in the living area for family game night or cuddle up and watch a great movie. Access the outdoor oasis with a pool, and lounging & grilling area. A laundry room with a washer/dryer and an additional full bathroom right off the pool area complete the 1st-floor features.

Make your way to the second floor, you'll find three guest bedrooms, there are two queen bedrooms on this floor, and a bunk room, which is a perfect retreat for kids, with two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four.  All three bedrooms will share the 2nd-floor bath, which features a walk-in shower. The primary king-bedroom suite is found on the 3rd floor, offering an electric fireplace and separate living space designed to feature Gulf views from every window. The luxurious spa-inspired bath features a spacious walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a double sink vanity. Relax on the 3rd-floor balcony with your evening beverage, listen to the soothing sounds of the swimming pool waterfall, and take in the salty gulf breeze before turning in for the night. 

Take a walk on the beach or take a five-minute drive west to Seaside and explore shopping and dining at its finest, or head east to experience The Big Chill, an entertainment district and gathering place the whole family will enjoy.

Great Location for teens and adults alike- one house from the beach made it so easy to have the ocean or just swim in the pool either or. It was a bit far walk to go for food to seaside every meal but walking to town in the am for breakfast and walking back was great. We figured out the beach access to get on and off around seaside. The pool was great. However, the house sleeps 10 and only has 3 showers. The 2nd floor shower leaked into the first floor bathroom. We were unable to use the 2nd floor shower for 5 of our 7 day trip. The first floor bathroom which was very small ended up having a large piece of the ceiling cut away due to the leak. And it was apparently a recurring issue. It is a lovely home and great location, but the inconvenience was significant- particularly considering the premium we paid for a luxury home in that location.

Great House and Location!

The house is in a great location to Seaside as well as Seagrove beach. Loved everything about the house. Note: the bunk bed room is small and the beds are smaller than twin size. Had a few hiccups that the property manager tried to fix. The fire alarms keep going off for no reason even once at 1:20am. That was fun. There was a sugar aunt problem in the kitchen which they came and sprayed but that might have caused a roach problem in the middle floor bathroom. But once the whole house is sprayed it should be good to go. The fire alarms have to have faulty wiring or something. They came and changed the battery on one but it was still going off randomly. BUT i have to emphasize that the overall house is fantastic and location is perfect!

A Perfect Vacation Home for Your Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: Spectacular beach home for a family vacation located in close proximity to the beach and a close walk to Seaside in the early morning. The pictures on the website are exactly what you will see when you arrive. It was furnished with all the kitchen cookware and bakeware needed to prepare meals for your family. Loved the pool which was a bonus for the family after a long day at the beach. I would recommend adding a dustpan, having the rugs in the living room cleaned professionally, add a larger tv to the 2nd floor bedroom on the right and consider lowering the temperature on the 2nd floor. We were unable to adjust the temperature that was preset at 70 and the room on the right side was hot every night. The 3rd floor Master Bedroom was amazing!!! Loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves and looking around at the views of the other homes/pools. Everything about this room was perfect. Temp of this room was set at 68 all days except the last night it was increased to 69 but still comfortable with the large ceiling fan. Even with the minor enhancements that could be done to the property, it was overall rated an A in my book and I would definitely stay at the property again and recommend it to my family and friends.
