Escape and relax at this beautiful beachside property. In the heart of Seagrove beach and located just off 30A, you're minutes away from the beach, shops and restaurants, the Big Chill, Seaside, Rosemary Beach.

This beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA home offers the perfect space for making wonderful memories. The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to share meals with family and friends. The King master suite comes with a premium mattress and private bath. Access to the balcony allows you to enjoy the warm ocean breeze with morning coffee or an evening cocktail! The second and third bedroom with a shared bath has 2 twin beds and a queen bed. Each bedroom has a smart TV. No need to take laundry home with you, this unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

If you're ready for a beach day, head down to your access right at the end San Roy Road, about a 4-minute walk. Enjoy both the Gulf and Eastern Lake. This is a 2+ acre stretch of beach with plenty of room and is the recommended beach for your stay at Beachside Villas. And, for your convenience, Beachside Villas provides transportation to and from this beach access via golf cart service .

Beachside Villas has such a great family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball. You can even grab pickleball equipment at the onsite HOA office. Soak up the sun at either one of the 2 pools. One of the pools is heated seasonally. Grill up an amazing BBQ feast on one of the community charcoal grills. Nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach, you will enjoy access to the 17-mile bike trail along Scenic 30A. If you enjoy nature you are only a short walk from Deerlake State Park where you will be surrounded by 1,700 acres of walking trails, a beautiful wildlife sanctuary and picturesque scenery.

Spring Break 2024

This condo is beautifully appointed and in a great location. Being half way between Seaside and Rosemary Beach means you can walk, bike or take a short ride to see all the local sights. It’s close to great restaurants. It’s a short walk to the beach. And we enjoyed the ocean views! The rental process was easy and the communication was excellent! Highly recommend.

nice unit but beach access not what it seems

The condo was nice and perfect for our needs. However, we booked this property based on the picture specifically pointing out the beach access a few steps from the unit. I guess it depends on your definition of beach access, because my definition is not just my feet in the sand, but that's all you can do without walking a fair distance or driving to public beach access (that has no amenities like a bathroom) because the beach in front of the unit is private on both sides for at least 1/4 mile. Additionally, I wish I had known this was a 3rd floor walkup before booking. We are all able-bodied adults, but dragging the luggage and groceries up 3 flights wasn't ideal.

Last minute trip

We booked a fairly last minute trip and had not been to this area in the past. FYI, the beach at the closest beach access states that it is a private beach and not for your use when you stay at this condo. However, this was not enforced and we used that beach every day. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes. However, only salt and pepper are provided. You really do need to bring all spices and oils if you plan to cook. Also, the internet connection is very slow. It would be difficult to work remotely from this condo. Need to know....this is a third floor condo and there are no elevators in this building. This is a quiet area. The complex was busy and appeared to be mostly full during our stay but it was always quiet.

Spotless, well-appointed, great location

This was our first trip to Seagrove Beach and first rental in the area, though we are frequent renters in the Carolinas. This was by far the cleanest unit we've rented in our many years of beach vacations. It was spotless, with a well-appointed kitchen, comfy beds and furniture, ample linens, easy check-in -- everything you need for a great stay. The owner was fabulous to work with and very communicative. The whole process was a breeze. As first-time visitors to the area, we loved it: gorgeous beaches and water (and sunsets!), great bike path and all the conveniences you could want (restaurants, stores), but small enough not to be overwhelming. We rented bikes and enjoyed pedaling around to check out the sights and run errands. The only thing we wish would have been clearer in the listing was that some of the beaches in the community are private. This is a new thing for us compared to other areas we've visited. That said, it didn't pose a problem at all. You can walk the beach near the waterline from any access point, and the public beach (Eastern Lake Beach) was a super easy walk of less than a quarter mile. It was just lovely with a great tidal pool. Fabulous beach. A free golf-cart trolley from the complex to the public beach was an added bonus for those who didn't want to walk. It was a wonderful week for our family. I keep saying it's the trip we didn't know we needed until we were there. Great property and a wonderful, relaxing time.

Delightful Experience of Home!

We spent spring break at Sonia’s place in Seagrove Beach. We felt delighted. We felt at home. We had plenty of room to spread out. We commented that a 3-bedroom apartment beats a hotel room with two double beds. The apartment is well furnished and handsomely decorated. The neighborhood is safe and inviting. Besides walking, we rented a bike and a golf cart to get around. A collapsible wagon would be good for hauling gear to and from the beach. Beachy Bean is a wonderful nearby cafĂ© that we enjoyed quite a bit. Sonia’s a wonderful hostess and maintains a lovely rental unit!

Great vacation for family of 5!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo and the community! We are a family of 5 with a newborn and this condo really housed up comfortably. Walking to the beach was convenient and we enjoyed the community pool as well during our stay. We went to Old Florida Fish house for dinner several nights and its only a few minutes away.

Great family vacation

This is our 3rd time renting the same unit. We love the owners, location to restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. They’ve recently renovated the unit and it’s gorgeous. The house was well stocked for the food we cooked at home. We walked to a coffee shop close by each day. And the beach was not too crowded. We love this place and will continue to rent on our next trip to 30A!
