THIS PROPERTY SLEEPS 2 ADULTS IN ONE BED

This luxurious queen bed suite above the garage, has everything you need for a couple staying at the beach. It is a fully stocked suite with a 2 burner cooktop as well as a refrigerator, dishwasher and a convection oven/microwave. This space is located on the preserve side of the gated community of the preserve at grayton beach. Amenities include a private gated beach access to an area of public beach that has no public access. You can rent beach service chairs or just bring the beach chairs provided, as well as 2 pools, tennis, pickle ball and 2 bikes. There is a fat tire beach cart to make going to the beach a breeze.

We also have just added for guest use a Tesla universal charger. This means you can charge your vehicle on site and not have to look for a charging station.

This property allows golf cart rentals- Please ask Eileen when booking who to get a discounted rate on a golf cart.

This carriage house has the highest of cleaning standards- all linens are removed and switched out in between guests.

The neighborhood is immaculate and quiet. This unit is cozy, private, and comfortable. Everything we needed was generously provided. We loved the 5 beautiful bright windows, the perfect mattress, the beach wagon, and the bikes. Kind and attentive to guests but not obtrusive. Would stay again!

Great spot for a 30A Vacation!

My wife and I stayed here in early October and had an incredible time! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, and helped to make us feel very welcome. Getting there was easy - the house is perfectly placed in a gated community, with driveway parking access which was a plus! The unit was clean, and stocked with all the basics we could need, including beach gear and bikes. We were close to lots of restuarants and just a short walk to the beach (~10 minutes) where we caught a few sunsets. One you're on the beach, its easy to find a nice spot to set up. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice stay on 30A. It really was the perfect spot.

Perfect Couple’s Quiet Getaway!!

We were looking for a relaxing place to stay for our “babymoon” and location was our top priority, the location of this studio was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, picturesque, and within close proximity of local attractions. The check in process was a breeze, Eileen the property manager, was super quick to respond with any questions we had and to check in on how our stay was going. The studio is small but perfect for two people. It was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals in during our stay, and the bed was comfortable! The only thing that could have come in hand would’ve been a washer and dryer but we made it fine since we only stayed for 4 days and they brought more towels for us whenever we needed them! The beach was perfect, most of the time we were the only ones there for the largest part of the day and even when others came, we had tons of space. It’s a little over a half mile walk from the door of studio to the designated beach area but it was completely worth the walk to us! It’s an even path with a lovely boardwalk and no stairs, and there is an included fishing cart that makes bringing all of your items to the beach super easy! Our stay was very relaxing, we felt well taken care of, and if we ever come back just the two of us, we would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Stay

The perfect stay for us! The garage apartment layout is well designed and equipped with everything you need. The owners did a great job on the decor, furniture, fixtures, bathroom, making the apartment a pleasure to be in. We stayed 6 nights and were amazed how comfortable the room was. The owners provide beach chairs, floats and stuff, if you want to play in the surf, and a beach wagon to tote it all to the beach... awesome. The property manager was the best! Super responsive, had all the answers to our questions. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners as well and talked several times with John, who offered recommendations and would ask each time if we had everything we needed... wonderful person, blessed to meet him. Details - From the driveway, through the neighborhood, to the path, then boardwalk, and finally out onto the beach is about 15 minutes. We considered this very convenient. We rode the provided bikes to explore and go to a restaurant which was a nice change from driving. In summary, the entire experience was top shelf. It's a fantastic place to stay for singles or couples that appreciate what 30A has to offer, the convenience and quality of the property, and the great people who manage it. Cheers!

Great place to stay for beach vacation on 30A!

Loved the private boardwalk beach access, all the provided beach amenities-wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, and access to the 2 pools. Excellent communication with host! Very nice studio for 2 to stay at in the Grayton Beach/Blue Mountain Beach area. Perfect kitchen and bathroom amenities, they have everything you need! The only thing I would suggest is to add a wardrobe closet. We had a wonderful time!

Stunning Studio

This studio, perfect for two, is located inside a quiet, family-friendly and gated community. The check-in process was very smooth. Upon entering the studio, there was a wonderful, fresh lemon scent that permeated the stairway. Everything was very neat, clean and decorated perfectly. I appreciated the paper towels, toilet paper, tablets for the dishwasher, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, hand soap for both bathroom and kitchen and garbage bags provided. No need to bring any of this; plenty was provided for two people. There was even plastic wrap and aluminum foil in the drawer—not sure if this was left behind by others or stocked on a normal basis. We used the gas grill several times throughout the week and also appreciated the appliances in the kitchen (2-burner stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster/convection oven and Keurig). We saw the Keurig in pics, so brought our own reusable pod. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, small cooler and beach cart provided, as well as two cruiser bikes. Both the beach and the heated pool are a short, easy walk away. The only thing that would make this place even better would be a small washer and dryer, however then I may have to fight people off to reserve it. Overall, my husband and I had a lovely, relaxing week in this quiet community. We hope to return!

Perfect for 2

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The property manager and property owner were great - very nice, helpful and considerate! The studio apt was super clean, had high end appliances, an amazing fan, awesome shower/tub, and a comfy bed. Linens were super soft and there were plenty of them. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. We enjoyed riding the bikes provided by the property owner. The walkway to the beach was very nice. We will definitely be back to stay here in the future!

I stayed with my daughter for a short girl trip. This spot was perfect. I loved the private beach access and there were plenty of supplies for beach going. The room is small so perfect for two people. It was clean with all sorts of little amenities to make our stay comfortable. My daughter told me after that she wanted to stay here again next time we have a girls only trip!

Short and Refreshing 25th Anniversary Trip

Everything about this property is great! The checkin process could not be easier. Access was easy. The room is above the garage. It is small, but wonderfully outfitted. I only wish we'd had more time to make use of the fabulous kitchen features. The bathroom has a rain-type shower that is wonderfully refreshing. There are 2 pools, tennis courts and the property provide bikes! Cycling is a great way to get around this wonderful small beach town. The beach itself is about a half mile walk, but it's really easy and a great beach cart is provided. We LOVED this place. Highly recommend it! Eileen is a great property manager!

A week at the beach, on 30a, while staying at a wonderful property? Yes please! I always pack everything but the kitchen sink when I head to the beach. I had no idea I’d rented a fully stocked kitchen with amazing appliances (scissors, a brand new kitchen sponge, convection microwave, Bosch dishwasher, etc.? Wow!) and everything I needed to cook any type of meal. The bed was comfy, the temperature was delightful and the bathroom was dreamy. Dreamy? Yes! It was thoughtfully designed and decorated with tiles in multiple shades of blue. The tub is deep, the rainfall shower is marvelous, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are made for my hair (my Brazilian Blowout-highlighted-hair 😉). There’s no need to pack your salon shampoo and conditioner. You will find the most amazing cart in the garage to pull your beach “stuff” across 30a, through the nature preserve and to the beach. It even floats in water! Don’t ask me how I know.😉 Eileen is prompt, communicative, and helpful. Samantha keeps the rooms spotless and provides extra towels when necessary. Overall, my experience was five stars, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and an A++++++++++++++++++.

I am so glad I found a place that sleeps 2 people- I was on a work trip and did not want to stay in a hotel. Seaglass 30A was a great space to stay. The suite is located in The Preserve at Grayton, which if you have not been before , is an amazing community with a lot of amenities. They have 2 pools, 1 was heated, there is tennis and pickle ball and the best beach access point IMO on 30A. You walk down a flat boardwalk no stairs at all and then you are at the sand. You have the choice to rent chairs or bring chairs that were provided. There was a very nice fat tire beach wagon as well as basic beach gear. The space itself was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. I highly suggest staying here if you are wanting a great community and great uncrowded beach on 30A!

Very nice!

Lovely newly constructed light filled studio on top of detached garage of private residence. Impeccably clean, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Compact high end kitchen with everything you need. Perfect for 1 or 2 people for short stay. Quiet gated community, easy parking. Back windows of unit look out to forest. Beach access is a short walk through neighborhood that leads to a shared private entry gate to beautiful boardwalk through forest straight to beach. Beach flanks Grayton Beach State Park. Bikes and beach chairs in garage for use. This property is in a private community across the street from beach on 30A but beach walk is flat and easy. I didn’t use the community pools but they were available. I was in town for a wedding and business and this was a perfect place to stay. The hosts were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. I have recommended this studio to friends and would stay here again.
