Just steps from the West Side Pool and only 176 yards or a 2 minute walk to the private Odessa Pavilion beach access, "Duet" offers an idyllic retreat for couples or small families seeking a tranquil Seaside escape.

A welcoming front porch beckons you to step inside as you approach the home. The screened-in porch, adorned with comfortable Adirondack seating for two and a charming bistro table, sets the stage for leisurely mornings with a cup of coffee amidst the gentle breeze.

Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting living area, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the town or soaking up the sun on the beach. The open floor plan seamlessly flows into a dining area, where a table comfortably seats six, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals together. The updated full kitchen provides a four burner gas stove, oven, full size microwave, a full size fridge, and provides everything you need to whip up culinary delights, making it easy to enjoy the joys of home cooking. A primary queen bedroom on the first floor offers a serene sanctuary for restful nights, featuring a queen bed and full ensuite bath with a single vanity with a tub and shower combination.

Ascend to the second floor, where guests will discover an the second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, custom built in closets, and an ensuite bath. The bath features a single vanity and a shower only. "Duet" embraces a simplistic style, creating an inviting atmosphere where you can truly unwind and enjoy the essence of Seaside, FL! Perfect location in Seaside

The location of this cottage was perfect with a short walk to the beach and a short walk into the town center. The kitchen had a wonderful layout and the bathrooms were recently remodeled. Our only disappointment was the beds seemed smaller than Queen-sized and the master bed was fairly uncomfortable. The mattress quality did not match the quality of the rest of the cottage and the price point. Overall, though, we loved our stay and can recommend without hesitation.

It’s off of a walking path, so you don’t get any street noise. It’s also such an easy walk to a large, well-kept, family-friendly pool and a quick jump across 30a to the private community beach access. The cottage was clean upon arrival, though could use a few small updates (new carpet in bedroom, freshened up paint, strange small toilet seat that slides off of the toilet!), but overall such a beautiful, well-stocked space. The rental agency was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend a stay for a family of 4 or less!

Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, everything worked, and the homeowners next door were extremely nice, gave us plenty of privacy and felt like friends. The rental agency was AMAZING - we were greeted with a beach cooler bag, two new beach towels and a bottle of wine. Kids had privacy upstairs, parents down. Pull-out couch was nice for my son's friend. They had planned to share the room, but he realized my son kicks in bed and found the couch more comfy :). We usually rent a large home with a pool and guest house, but this was perfect for our trip. It's close to everything - square, beach, pool - literally steps away. The location is unbeatable.

Wonderful Stay at Duet!

What a beautiful house in the best location! We were so close to the beach, pool, walking trails, restaurants, and shops! The private beach was beautiful and not crowded at all, even though we were there at a peak time! Our son proposed to his girlfriend right there on the beach while we were there! A very special memory and a very memorable trip! The house was beautiful and so charming! We had everything we needed. We loved the screened-in porch and outdoor shower too! We will definitely be coming again! We wish we could have stayed even longer!

“A simple, beautiful life.”

We loved our stay at Duet! Perfect location, easy access to the town square, restaurants, the beach & pool. I highly recommend you rent enough bikes for your stay in advance and do not rent a golf cart. We learned you are not allowed to have a golf cart, while staying in Seaside, unless medically necessary. Be sure to order your beach chairs in advance as well. The check in & out process was great, super friendly staff. We will definitely be back!
