ABOUT THIS HOME: This quaint coastal home, located in the Highland Park neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach, is the perfect place for intimate family gatherings. Back to the Beach is a 3 bedroom home that comfortably sleeps 8. With it's open concept designed space, you're never to far from the action, unless you want to be and there's a perfect spot for that. The beautiful screened in porch has plenty of comfortable seating to sit back and relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. This house has everything you'll need to enjoy your next vacation by the sea.
ABOUT THE AREA: Back to The Beach is located in the Highland Parks Community. They have an amazing community pool that is only a bike ride away! You can also go for a bike ride or hike on the trail in your backyard. Take a stroll to one of the nearby restaurants, or pick up a pastry and coffee from Blue Mountain Bakery (their cinnamon rolls are out of this world).
BEACH ACCESS: Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access is just a short distance away. Hop on your bikes and get ready for an amazing day! When you make it out of your neighborhood take a left, continue on 30A for about a mile then take a right on to Blue Mountain Rd. At the stop sign turn right and you have made it to the beach.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

The house had cute decor and was perfect for our group of 6. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The golf cart was perfect for the week. On the end of a cul-de-sac so very quiet!
We have stayed in this neighborhood before. We love the access to the beach especially with the golf cart. The screened in back porch was also very nice to have when it stormed for a day. We would stay again.
This is our second year staying in this neighborhood and we just love it! The house was absolutely perfect for our family. It is SO spacious. We loved the screen porch and the trail behind the house that lead to the bike path which lead you straight to the beach! The beach is absolutely beautiful. Community pool was so great too. The kids loved it. We just love this area, you can do as little or as much as you want. Blue Mountain Creamery had great ice cream and is a short walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The golf cart was so much fun as well. We hope to be back next year! Thanks for allowing us to make wonderful memories in your home!!!
The location was amazing the home was large clean and welcoming the master on the main was perfect for older adults and the bedrooms upstairs were close but not too close. We were welcomed with texts and all sorts of information about bonfires sunsets and places to eat the golf cart the bikes and the sun umbrellas were all amazing
The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. We were all very comfortable with the accommodations. The house is so close to the beach and the walking path as well as close to restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful experience.
