“BEACH BLISS 30A” is our beautiful coastal retreat located in one of the most coveted locations in the Naturewalk at Seagrove community. Highlighting the natural beauty of 30A, this property features tranquil nature and water views in an idyllic setting. Tucked away directly on Sunset Pond, there is no street traffic in front of the home. Enjoy your AM coffee on the expansive porch in quiet serenity. The view of the pond also includes a fountain that lights up with a glow in the evenings, perfect for that relaxing moment at the end of the day.

“BEACH BLISS 30A” sleeps up to 8-10 guests featuring 2 generously sized owner's suites. For your convenience, one of the primary suites is located on the main floor. The second primary suite, located on the upper floor, features a private balcony, along with stunning views of the pond and fountain. A spacious open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, professionally decorated with an upscale touch, make this home both stylish and comfortable, perfect for a family getaway!

NatureWalk is a naturally beautiful community, and features resort-style amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Lovely Home

My family enjoyed staying at the house & in the Naturewalk community. Close proximity to Seaside, but still quiet privacy in this location. The home was beautifully decorated. The porch & walk out balcony were perfect for relaxing. We used the bikes everyday. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend this property!

This property has it all. Minutes to the beach, all the beach supplies you need, and very well equipped kitchen. A beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood with a pool, playground, and trails.

House was not cleaned!

Upon checking in I used the half bathroom after our long drive and was greeted by the most disgusting pile of what appeared to be feces on the floor at the base of the toilet! It was the first thing I saw when I walked into the bathroom, so how is it possible that the house cleaner missed it prior to our check in? The house was supposed to be cleaned before our check in and Beachwalk Vacation Rentals also said they inspected the house. NOT TRUE! This property charges premium rates and as such they should have much higher standards than to allow something very visible like this to occur. They did send someone to clean the bathroom within an hour, but they were very dismissive of the disgusting mess and said it was powder and not feces. I'm at a lost as to what type of brown powder would mysteriously be at the base of a toilet or why it wouldn't have been cleaned up before our arrival. Given this initial experience, I had no confidence in anything else being clean in the house e.g. sheets, towels, dishes, etc., since their cleaning practices are substandard. By the way, they charge an exorbitant cleaning fee, which just adds insult to injury that the home was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival! Parking was a challenge as there is only room for 2 cars, so if 3 families are sharing the house there is no street parking for a third car. For seniors or those with bad knees, the toilets are very low to the ground, like a kindergarten chair height. On a more positive note, the home's decor was exactly as the pictures indicated and has a very comfortable vibe. Beautiful lake to enjoy from the front porch. Unfortunately, I would not rent this or any other property again that is managed by Beachwalk Vacations given their lack of quality control in their cleaning practices and unwillingness to offer some concession for our unpleasant experience.

Family vacation

It was a great place to stay while visiting Seaside. Not too far from the beach, or from town. Publix is very close. The golf cart was great to go anywhere we wanted to go. The house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone!

Management Company Needs Improvement

House was fine except for the upstairs A/C unit and sleeper sofa. A/C upstairs went out the second night. I called management company no less than 6 times Monday to get a repair man there to the check unit. 3 bedrooms and 7 people hot upstairs all night and until 5:00 pm on Monday when the repair man showed up. It did not seem to be high on their priority list and I never received a call for an update from the management company. I feel if I had not kept calling we would have been hot a third night and day too. The sleeper sofa upstairs’s frame is bent so it will not fold out. We had to take the mattress off of it and put it on the floor to sleep our child. We did enjoy the bikes and golf cart. Town was way over crowded, there is no parking and everything in this area is over priced. Overall is was a nice getaway for our family. We will opt for a less crowded area that is closer to the beach next family vacation.

Fantastic Rental

We had two families stay at this home. It was a great location and lived up to the pictures. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and bikes to be able to get around to the different areas of 30A, as well as to the beach. We had 9 people in our group and had more than enough room. It is a little ways from the beach, but we didn’t mind the golf cart or bike ride to get there. Sitting on the front porch overlooking the pond was a nice way to drink my coffee in the morning. Overall this is a great place to stay when in 30A!

Excellent home ad area.

This is in a quint little neighborhood. We spent the week with our son and his family. We had plenty of room. Home very clean. We rode bikes all around neighborhood and into town. We enjoyed the little playground and pool with our two year grandson. Would recommend this house.

Great location by state parks and beaches

The house was perfect for our 4 couples group and had everything we needed. We used their recommendations for renting bikes and Rent Gear Here responded right away to a repair issue. Therapeutic Beach Massage came right to us and was excellent! We were able to get on the state forest trail from inside the community. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful, Relaxing home centrally located to all things on 30A

We absolutely loved this beautiful home. It was very comfortable, large and nicely appointed. Nature Walk is beyond amazing!! It's a very short drive to Seaside and centrally located to Rosemary Beach and Watercolor. If I had one criticism it would be that the patio furniture and deck looked worn due to mold that appears to be growing due to the damp climate. That being said, we will look to book again next year!!

Great neighborhood and lovely home!

We really enjoyed our stay in Naturewalk and loved all the neighborhood had to offer with the pool area, trails and easy access to the beach. We loved riding the bikes provided and playing on the ball court area. The home itself was very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. The only suggestion we would offer is to perhaps add some curtains on each side of the wonderful porch area. We had a very large and loud group staying next to us, and because the homes are so close we didn't have the privacy we would've enjoyed to use the porch more. Besides that, it was a wonderful vacation property and neighborhood!
