Break away at The Breakers

Paradise Properties was heaven to work with - responsive, courteous, helpful. May be the best managers of any rental we’ve had.The property is perfectly situated at Seaside - short walk to the ocean, short walk to Seaside Center, shops and restaurants. Home accommodated our family with members of all ages and stages. Fabulous screened-in front porch.Everyone felt at home there.

Perfect Stay!

Our first time in decades staying in Seaside, and it was truly a *perfect* trip! Our group of 13 (ranging in age from six months to 65 years) had such a comfortable, happy stay with plenty of room to spread out. Perfectly located just a block or two from beach access, pool and all the fun Seaside restaurants/shopping. Would happily stay again!

The house is the perfect Seaside house and close to the Seaside square. Unfortunately, it was not a great decision to stay here. We had check-in delays and it felt very unwelcoming. There were lots of issues with the house: The spindles on the outside of the house are warped and breaking. The landscaping is overgrown and pressing into the mesh on the porch. Door to balcony off upstairs bedroom (first left at top of stairs) is rusty and hard to open. There also appears to be water damage on the wood floors in that bedroom. Shower door in second bedroom downstairs is loose, bathroom itself has dirt stains and flooring unkept. The queen bed in one of the upstairs bedroom needs new spindle tops. The shower floor is stained. bBathroom window needs to be fixed. Master shower floor is stained. Bugs are coming up through the crack on the floor. Tower bedroom: spiders in the beds. They were in the bed two nights this week and there are spider webs every morning. The door handle to the outside door in the tower is loose. The windows have gaps and are not sealed. The floor by the outside door has water damage. The fan doesn't work. Most of the windows need addressing, they are broken, unsealed or open and won’t close. We were charged a premium for Summer dates but the house is old and not well maintained.

Location, Location, Location

The location of this house was PERFECT for our large group. Close to the beach access and all that Seaside has to offer. Hardly ever got in the car. The house had ample beds for all and was nicely decorated. The cleaning crew could use a little training. We found several items left behind from previous tenants under dressers and beds, indicating lack of thoroughness. Kitchen was lacking in sufficient pots and pans considering the amount of people the house sleeps. Would love to have had larger skillets and such. Overall the house was comfortable, nicely deocrated and we absolutely loved the front porch. Managment was helpful anytime we called with questions or problems.

Perfect location

Just two blocks from the seaside Square, you cannot beach this location. One of three pools was also within walking distance and we appreciated the towel service there.

Fantastic location only steps to the beach and the shops. We loved the porches and pathways behind the house. Bathrooms in this sweet house are nice and updated. The rest needs a big nice refresh. Couch covers are really dirty and biggest issue is that the air conditioner is not big enough or strong enough for the whole house. Third story bedroom and queen bedroom and two upstairs baths get hardly any air and are so hot. We had to ask for window units for the two bedrooms. The bikes are pretty old and one had a flat. Keep in mind you can only have two parking spots for a house that has 6 bedrooms and if they let you have a golf cart it has to have one of the parking spots. The management company was so gracious and kind. They were very helpful with everything. Wonderful house but the owners really need to upgrade or replace lots of items.

Great location. There were a few cosmetic updates that need to be done, such as new vent covers that were rusted and covered in black fungal. The upstairs is very hot and desperately needs a second AC unit. Best part about the house is the darling front porch and back patio. Lots of character. House was not stocked with any essentials. Maybe 2 dish washer pods and 2 trash bags. Bring extras of whatever you’re going to need. Again, best location ever.

Perfect Beach House

Great house that is so close to the beach, literally across the street but also 2 blocks from town center so perfect to get to shops and restaurants. Absolutely loved the screened in porch with the swing, it is straight out of a movie! The kitchen was wonderful and well stocked with all the pots and pans. The back porch is perfect for entertaining friends. We had a wonderful time!

The location for this property is phenomenal! Steps to the beach. However, someone needs to take the time to update the pictures for this listing. The house does not look like the pictures. The bathrooms are in need of repair. There u it’s mold in the showers. We actually had to have the management company come out for a leak in the ceiling and they also found a broken window.
