Coastal Luxury on 30A: 4br/4ba: golf cart, walk to beach, shopping, & dining!

Luxurious beach house in Blue Mountain Beach with easy and quick access to the beautiful, sugary sands of the Gulf of America. Take the 6 seater golf cart to the beach or cruising on 30A, or walk out of the neighborhood and hike (or bike) miles of trails in the coastal pine forest (Point Washington State Forest). Neighborhood also provides a community pool (heated Oct 1st - March 30th). This area of 30A is perfect for a combination of beach, nature, and exploration activities. Feel free to keep your car parked in the driveway, because you will find many things to do and places to eat within walking or "Gulf" cart distance. If you'd like to explore more of 30A, this house is centrally located and is minutes from Seaside, Grayton, Watercolor, and Rosemary beach.

The "Gulf" Club is a beautiful new beach house built in the quaint, gated Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach community. The home was designed with families and groups in mind and boasts 4 bedrooms (all with private bathrooms) and a separate bunk area with a full/twin bunk bed and a trundle. Very comfortable living and dining space on the main level, with the gourmet kitchen and living room with a 65in 4k TV. The main level also includes one master suite and a separate half bath.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a bunk area, and a loft area with smart tv and games for kids and families. Each bedroom also has its own smart tv.
Other amenities you will find when you stay at the Gulf Club:
2 outdoor porches and a backyard with seating and a grill and a gas fireplace

Great Neighborhood

We have stayed in the area for 20 summers. We have stayed in this neighborhood 4 times before. This by far was the best, well stocked, clean house we have stayed in. Host was quick to respond to our questions. We will keep this property on our top favorites list.

"Making Memories"

This home is absolutely beautiful! This was the first vacation we have taken with our entire family of 10, which included my 2-year-old nephew. The first thing we noticed when we arrived after a 9+ hour trip was the sweet welcome basket and stocked coffee bar. The layout of the home was amazing. We were all able to have our own bedroom and private bathroom. The home was beautifully furnished and the beds for so comfortable! The 6-seater golf cart was so nice to have to make runs to the beach or to take to dinner at one of the local restaurants (Red Fish Taco being one of our favorites). The neighborhood was so peaceful. We enjoyed drinking coffee or reading on the 2 spacious front porches (upstairs and downstairs). Thank you Greg and Toni for sharing your beautiful home with us and for always responding immediately to any questions we might have. We all had a great time and will definitely be back!

The Perfect Retreat

We had high hopes for our stay at the beach and this home exceeded all our expectations! It is clean, well appointed (down to a welcome basket overflowing with goodies your whole group will enjoy!), and perfectly located to both take in long sunny days at the beach and enjoy all the other options this area provides. The layout of the home is well thought out with almost every bedroom having its own bathroom. And the spacious open floor plan is ideal for families or groups. One of our favorite traditions started during our stay was a quick cart ride to Blue Mountain Creamery for some local icecream treats. Yum! We have heard many rave reviews of the Santa Rosa area and have always wanted to go. Not only are the reviews correct, but Greg and Toni hit it out of the park with Lakeside at Blue Mountain! It was the perfect place for us to enjoy our beach week.

Fabulous, Fun and Perfect Vacation Home

Greg and Toni were fabulous hosts and the home was absolutely beautiful, brand new with state of the art appliances and amenities. We had 4 teenagers with us and each of them had their own room with TVs. The house is in the most beautiful neighborhood just minutes from the beach. We explored the area on the new 6 seater golf cart and hardly drive our vehicle. We enjoyed coffee on the front porches, cooked several meals and had everything a professional chef could imagine to cook with. I can't say enough about the home, our experience and the area the house is in. The house was so clean and was stocked with everything you need to start your perfect family vacation. We can't wait to go back next year. I wish we would have booked 2 weeks instead of 1. Thank you Greg and Toni for sharing your fabulous home with us. You have gone above and beyond to make this home beautiful yet very comfortable and practical. It is a slice of heaven.
