Many returning guests to Dune Allen Beach reserve a spot at this oceanfront townhome year after year. Itâs a tradition that started many years ago and continues todayâ and with good reason. With sleeping space for six across two spacious bedrooms, this oceanfront townhome is beach living at its best.
On the main floor, the kitchen, dining, and living spaces are open and inviting. The bright kitchen has a peninsula bar with seating for four people, and a glass dining table has room for six. The living area has cozy carpeting, comfy seating, a fireplace, and flatscreen television. Sliding glass doors lead out to a sun-drenched, screened-in deck with jaw-dropping views of the white sandy beach and the glittering aquamarine of the Gulf of Mexico.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The master suite is filled with Florida sunshine and has a king-sized bed, a vaulted ceiling, a small sitting area with a television, a vanity table, and an en suite bathroom. Two sliding glass doors provide dreamy views of the ocean and lead out to a private balconyâ an ideal spot to relax and soak up the sun or stargaze. A generous second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a sleeper sofa.
All of our Dune 1 Townhomes are immensely popular with returning guests. You simply canât get any closer to the beach! Guests of Dune 1 Townhomes also have access to a sparkling, gulf front swimming pool and a private boardwalk down to the beach complete with an outdoor shower to wash off sandy toes. From March 1 to October 31, youâll receive 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella during your stay. Youâll also be within walking distance of local-favorite Stinkyâs Fish Camp and only a mile from exciting Gulf Place Town Center for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
With breathtaking ocean views and easy access to all that Scenic Highway 30A has to offer, many guests consider Dune 1 Townhomes to be their beachfront home-away-from-home.
