Dune Villas 5A boasts a view that will take your breath away. 5A is a 1-bedroom ground floor unit nestled right on the shore of the Gulf.

Whether you are entertaining guests in the large kitchen or watching a movie on the 52" TV, you will constantly be reminded of your beachfront paradise as you hear waves crashing on the shore. At the end of the night you'll love drifting off to sleep in the Temper-Pedic king bed. A true luxury!

Enjoy miraculous sunrises and sunsets from your private Gulf front patio located just a few steps from the sugar white beaches and emerald green water. This condo is truly a gem on the emerald coast.

Dune Villas:
Located in the center of Seagrove, the Dune Villas complex is in the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, and of course, the beach. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This Gulf front community offers outdoor grills and shaded tables. Direct beach access is just off the side of the pool and in less than 3 minutes, you can have your bare feet in the soft white sand.

Beach Access:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great location. Beautiful beach view. Pricey, but 30a location close to Seaside and ground floor convenience are worth it to us. Cons...noisy. You'll hear every step from the 2nd floor occupants. No linens provided for the fold-out bed for the first night. We had to request them. Maybe the cheapest property management group I've ever experienced. One trash bag provided for the week...one mini roll of toilet tissue...one small roll of paper towels, etc. Bring everything you will need because it is not provided. If Benchmark manages the next property we are interested in...we'll look elsewhere.

perfect location

We were very pleased with this property. The view was incredible. It was quiet and very secluded. We were there in November so I'm not sure if that changes during the summer seasons. The kitchen was well equipped. We had enough towels and linens for our stay. The unit was clean. Benchmark was easy to communicate with. Overall, we were very satisfied with this rental.

Great location

We’ve stayed in this condo many times. It’s showing signs of wear and tear, needs better cooking tools (pans and utensils), needs to have light bulbs replaced and the screen door replaced. Bring wd40 if you want to use the screen door. But you can’t beat the location.

Seagrove sisters weekend

My sister and I spend a long weekend here and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect for getting to food and shopping easily. Our favorite thing was being on the ground level. This was perfect for my sister who has a hard time getting around due to a bad leg. There are steps going to the beach but it isn’t as far down as I originally thought it would be. I was able to rent an umbrella and chairs on the beach which was nice. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely look at this spot next time. Thanks for the great weekend!

Great get away

This unit is perfect for the couples get away. Quiet, quaint, very close the beach and very quiet beach atmosphere. The unit itself needs a bit of work but overall a nice place to stay. The management team did a good job but at times was late to responding to messages sometimes not responding until the next day. But overall a good experience. I would recommend staying here to others who are not interested in the finest of qualities but the ones who wanna go relax and clear their mind and have pretty much everything you will need.

Perfect place to stay

We loved our time at Dunes Villa. The condo was super clean, had everything we needed and right on the beach. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and checked on us a couple of times during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing location but in poor condition

The location couldn't have been better but there was considerable wood rot/mold in the bathroom. It wrapped from behind the toilet and in front of the tile shower. The bottom foot of the bathroom door was also clearly rotted. For the price we payed to stay for a week I would've expected it to have been repaired. The property management company also stated that several items would be included in our stay (dish soap, hand soap, etc) but we realize after our trip to the grocery that they hadn't been. Overall, we had a good experience but would not rent this property again.

Wanted to love it

To start the property was in the best location! It is close to Seaside and is situated directly on the beach. Could not have asked for more. We drove 5 hours to get to the property and could not access the property due to the door code not working. We called the property management company and they kindly walked us through and the door code still did not work. We tried the old door code and it finally worked. Not a deal breaker but when you have two hungry, tired children, getting access to the unit when you arrive on time is critical. We finally gain access and unload our bags and as we begin to get ready to head down to the beach my wife needs to use the restroom, the only restroom in the unit, and the ceiling is dripping water onto the toilet and puddling in the bathroom. The drip continues the rest of the afternoon getting worse in the evening. My family could not use the bathroom without someone else holding a trash can over their head to catch water. Real nice stuff. The property management sent a young man out to drain the AC unit above thinking it would help. It did not. I called after-hours to get a plumber out and finally, the drip(s) were stopped around 2 AM. In addition to the water leak on our head, the unit had visible black mold on the kitchen and bathroom AC vents. I wouldn't be surprised if the entire ceiling had mold in it. Also, roaches made frequent visits to us during the nighttime hours. After it was all said and done Benchmark management offered us 10% off our next stay with them. Insulting at most, 10% wouldn't eliminate Santa Rosa Beach Taxes. Will never stay with a Benchmark property again.

Beautiful and Convenient Location!

Can hear the ocean in your living room! Beautiful views, great amenities and amazing convenience to the beach. Only 35 stairs down! Parking is very tight though if you drive a big truck! Would definitely come back!

The Location was ideal, with walking options close by & biking options all around. Access to the beach was about 40 steps away and very close
made for easy back-n-forth during the beach time. Parking was right up front to door, and bike rack adjacent. Would stay here again, for sure
