'FAMILY TIDES' BLUE MOUNTAIN BEACH CONDOS #111

First floor with walkout to the beachfront pool deck plus the largest floor plan in the building make this unit a unique find! You will love the upgrades and additions of this gulf front unit. There are king beds in the both guest suites as well as the master! Custom made extra long bunk beds in the bunk room which sleeps 4. Fireplace with mantle in the living area. HDTV's in every room!

If you like convenience, this is the unit for you...This is a ground floor, beachfront, corner unit that is directly off the pool/hot tub deck. Enjoy the ease of not having to take an elevator up to your unit or lug your beach items all over the building. This floor plan is open and spacious. The Kitchen/Dining/Living Area is the perfect place for entertaining and gathering for family vacations with plenty of seating. Windows in the Dining and Living Area allow for great natural light. Access the large balcony through the sliding glass doors from the living area and the master bedroom.

*BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The primary bedroom is very spacious and separated from the other bedrooms. It boasts a king bed, it's own full bath with two vanities, large walk in shower and balcony access.

The two guests suites both have king beds with their own adjoining full bathrooms (one with access also to the hall for bunk room guests to share) . This unit is also one of the few that has a separate bunk room with plenty of storage located off the main entry hall which sleeps 4 and contains 2 televisions- 1 of which is for gaming. Bring your gaming console and be ready to have fun!

*AREA INFORMATION: Blue Mountain Beach Condos is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A, our building is tucked off of the south side of 30A in the quaint 'town' of Blue Mountain Beach. 30A is a two lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. We are between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 18-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.

Everything was great. The only things that might need attention remember, I’m a realtor is the master bedroom bed had a big lump in it when you laid down on it in the middle not sure what that was about. Also, one of the bunkbeds was not very comfortable according to my grandson, the upper bunk bed closest to the entry wall if you come in, and also the guest bedroom bed is not comfortable at all, according to my daughter, and that faces to the outside. of the lobby, right as you come in the door, front door, the one on the opposite side of that wall, but everything else was fantastic. Could use a meat thermometer just my opinion.

Bottom floor condo was great! Walk out to the pool was great for little ones. This condo had everything you need for a weeks stay. All the utensils, pots and pans, and seasonings, etc. My only complaint was the master bedroom mattress. It was ok, just a little lumpy. Maybe by next year, it will be replaced. The elevator was broken too a couple days

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional condo resort from July 5th to July 12th. The unit featured direct walk-out access to the pool area, with the beach conveniently located just steps away. The condo itself was spacious, well-appointed, and included all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the availability of beach toys and chairs on-site was a thoughtful touch. For added convenience, beach chair and umbrella rentals were also offered directly on the beach. I highly recommend this property and would gladly return should we find ourselves in the Santa Rosa Beach area again.

Great family vacation

We had a great vacation. The proximity to the beach and pool could not have been better. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of restaurants and ice cream shopped that were within walking distance. We had three generations with the children ages 6,6,4, and 3. The condo was just as described. The master bedroom is actually larger than expected but the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Ashley's communication was amazing. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all graciously and quickly. This is definitely a top notch listing.

Not convenient for the handicapped.

The reviews were very misleading. It's so inconvenient if you have a disabled person with you. There's not even a ramp available to the beach, only stairs and you would think for what they were charging they would be more ADA accessible. It's a beautiful, clean condo and it's safe but we won't be staying there again.

Amazing Fall Break Stay

We LOVED our stay at Family Tides! Incredible unit and location! Ground floor and just a few steps to the pool and beautiful Santa Rosa Beach were perfect for everyone but especially the kids! I highly recommend! We will be back!!!!!!!

Family Vacay perfect choice

Our family waited until after summer season since we have 2 under the age of 2 yrs old and this condo worked out perfectly being on the first floor with gate and easy access to pool and beach we could use the baby monitor and be close enough for bottles and easy access took off pressure of trips back and forth we loved the area and family atmosphere and layout of rooms worked great and looking forward to returning next year if available

Family vacation

This was our first family vacation with our grand kids. The condo was perfect there was room for all of us. The convience of the pool access from our patio was fantastic especially with young kids. The property manager was super. Very responsive to any text. We had a great time!

30th birthday getaway

Gorgeous property and exactly as it was described. Door opens directly to a patio that is right on the pool and short walk (and two flights of stairs) to the beach. Ordered two sets of the chair/umbrella set ups and can’t imagine not having them. Beach and water were gorgeous and definitely ended the umbrellas so get out of the sun. Only recommends would be to have a few more towels available for each bathroom. Also ice machine in the garage was not working however that is operated by an external vendor. Definitely will book again. Thank you!

Beach + pool was perfect combo

We really enjoyed our stay and had everything we could need. The access to the heated pool and beach without having to take the elevator was perfect and meant we could enjoy even more time outside. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable. The linens and pillows/blankets were super comfortable as well. There are several restaurants and stores/bakery/ice cream that are all within walking distance. Any noise from other units was minimal. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo for family vacation!

Condo is beautifully decorated and has just about everything you could need for a week at the beach including beach chairs (if you choose not to rent chairs) and beach toys on the patio. Being able to walk straight to the beach and pool from the patio without ever having to leave the room made things extremely easy for us with our 3 small children. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is pretty well equipped although we couldn’t find any oven mitts so we had to use dish towels which wasn’t a big deal. The only con was the floors could have been a little cleaner but everything else was great! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Another great trip to Blue Mtn Beach

Second time for us in this great condo. Outfitted so well for lots of cooking, complimentary beach chairs, and very roomy for 10 people to spread out. Weather and water were the best we’ve had in years. Nice families there at the property, nice facilities, we loved it again this year. Thank you!

Girls/ladies annual family trip

The was by far the BEST vacation rental. We travel every year to 30A with 8 ladies/girls that range from 86-16. This condo was fabulous. Pool right outside your door, beach steps away, older ladies were able to enjoy both pool and beach. The teenagers love the access to both as well. The condo is decorated beautifully, well stocked kitchen and the additional beach chairs and accessories were great. Ashley was a fantastic host! We will definitely be back!!
