Welcome to Mari-Lee by the Sea
Start your morning with coffee on the balcony overlooking Cerulean Park, then head out for a beach day or a stroll to WaterColor shops and dining. Mari-Lee by the Sea pairs a top-floor setting near the Gulf and Beach Club with bright coastal interiors and approximately 1,277 sq ft to settle into. Two bedrooms, a separate bunk nook and two full bathrooms accommodate up to six guests.

Settle Into Vacation
Gather in the living room for a movie, share a meal at the indoor dining table, or take dinner outside to the screened dining balcony. The adjoining open balcony offers rocking chairs and a lovely place to pause above the park. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and drip coffee maker, making breakfast at home an easy start to the day.

Sleeping Arrangements and Bathrooms
- Primary Bedroom: One king bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
- Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom also opens to the hallway and is shared with guests using the bunk nook.
- Bunk Nook: One twin-over-full bunk off the hallway, with privacy doors and under-bed storage. This is an additional sleeping area, not a third full bedroom.
- The condo accommodates a maximum of six overnight guests, regardless of the number of sleeping surfaces or amenity wristbands.

Enjoy WaterColor
Your stay includes access to shared WaterColor amenities, including the Beach Club, community pools and Camp WaterColor. Spend your days between the beach and pools, then enjoy the neighborhood paths, shops and dining. Bicycles are not included, but rentals are available nearby. Beach chairs, umbrellas and other third-party rentals are separate purchases, subject to availability. Golf-cart rentals are not permitted for WaterColor condominium properties.

Your Eight Amenity Wristbands
Your eight WaterColor wristbands will be waiting inside the condo in an envelope labeled with your name. They are available for pickup and use beginning at your 4:30 PM check-in time and deactivate at 10:00 AM on departure day, Central Time. Condo checkout remains 9:00 AM, and amenity operating schedules apply. The eight-band allocation does not increase the six-guest overnight limit.

Important Information
- Check-in: 4:30 PM Central. Checkout: 9:00 AM Central. Confirm your guest count at least 10 days before arrival.
- Parking: One reserved parking space in the lot on the east side of the building, for one standard-size vehicle. Additional parking is not guaranteed. No RVs, trailers, watercraft or large vans.
- Conveniences: Elevator access to the top-floor unit and an in-unit stacked washer and dryer. A Pack and Play is provided in the guest-suite closet.
- Starter supplies include three rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, bathroom soaps, a kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels and laundry pods. Please plan for additional supplies during your stay.
- The booking guest must be at least 25 and stay at the property. A signed rental agreement and full payment are required before access instructions are released, 24 hours before arrival.
- No smoking or vaping, pets, parties or unauthorized events. Applicable service-animal requirements are respected. Please keep food and drinks out of bedrooms and be considerate of neighbors.
- Please do not send mail or packages to the condo; delivery cannot be guaranteed.
