This is a ground floor apartment which is part of the Chivas property location, there are four other two bedroom two bath fully equipped condos available at the this location. This is a two bedroom, two bath townhouse design (two levels), ground floor (no view) at the Chivas four plex, this is on the East side ground floor. This unit is fully equipped, with washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided. This unit has direct access, to a private beach exclusively for the Chivas property, the photos, of the dune walkover, and walkway depict access to the beach.

Amazing location and super nice owners!

The owners were there during our stay and they were incredibly nice! They allowed us to upgrade to a condo with water views. The location was quiet and we had a private beach area that wasn’t crowded at all. We had kayaks, paddle boards, chairs and umbrellas set up daily, everything we needed was there. There were plenty of bikes to use for free. The house next door had construction going on but we barely heard any noise. I would 100% recommend this property and we will definitely be back!!

Nice location

The property was just like the photos showed. Access to the beach was hard. I'm recovering from a broken hip and didn't realize how many steps it required to get to the beach. There were 27 steps up to the deck and then 26 down to the beach. The kitchen could be better equipped. There were only two small plates in the cabinet. However, once we let the manager know they brought a new set of plates over. Overall it's a great unit. We would rent it again.

Wonderful Location

Property was under construction however it was not a problem for us. There were only 2 other units occupied at the time, so the private beach was not crowded. Very small unit but clean. Again location was the absolute best! It truly is on the beach! Would love to see the units after they are all updated.

my children and I really enjoyed staying in this property, and especially loved being on the beach. the place was small, yet perfect for our needs.
