We provide spices, a blender, Keurig & Traditional Coffee Maker, Stagg Kettle/Pour over Coffee, Instant Pot, Non-stick Cephalon pots n pans, and more...just bring the 👩‍🍳! The oversized island has gorgeous waterfall Quartz countertops, and comfortably seats 4. The adjacent, cozy dining nook seats 6 and has bench seating, along with chairs.

1st level: 1 King Master suites (+ ensuite bathroom)
2rd level: 1 King Master suite, 1 Full Suite (2 Full beds), and 1 Bunk Room (2 sets of twin bunks) along with a loft which boasts a sofa, and XBOX gaming station.

GRAYT-est 💯 Master Suite: King bed, oversized dresser and neutral tones. The ensuite boasts a soaking tub 🛀, stunning white vanity with gold accents, and a gorgeous teal shower with luxurious dual-head shower and a relaxing rainfall 🚿 shower head.

2nd level:

TROPICAL 🌴 VIBES: The statement feature wall will have you thinking you're in the islands. The King bed has a reclaimed wood headboard (built in USB), white linens, dresser and nightstands with palm leaf lamps (USB)! There is a beautiful ensuite featuring a double vanity and spacious shower tiled with grey subway. The closet has a Graco Pack n play with bassinet!

THE RUFF LIFE 🐶: 2 Full beds with plush memory foam mattresses and neutral bedding. LARGE TV mounted over the dresser.
Adorable dog prints anchor the room. The bathroom is a common bathroom in the hall.

SOMETHIN' FISHY 🐠 Bunk Room: The bunk bed is one full over 2 twins (sleep 4 total). This room is perfect for kids of all ages with a large TV, comfortable mattresses, coastal bedding and underbed storage! The room is adjacent to the loft with boasts a daybed, sofa, and XBOX gaming station.

Bathroom: The stunning 2nd floor COMMON bathroom (shared by Bunk and Queen room) features distressed hexagon floor tiles, a beautiful wood double vanity with marble top, and an oversized shower.

**In order to reserve your booking at Doin' Grayt, please review the following**

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once a booking is made, you will be e-mailed a POC (point of contact) form and short Rental Agreement to e-sign.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $300 security deposit "hold" will be placed on your credit card 2 days prior to your stay. This will automatically be released 5 days after you vacate.

LOCATION: 140 Grayton Blvd, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459

PARKING: You cannot block the "common driveway" between this house and the home next door. Where can you park? Please park 2 vehicles at the side of the house on the parking pad. An additional "regular" size sedan will fit in the garage. **Larger vehicles (Trucks) may not fit on the parking pad, or they will be a tight fit. If needed, you may store an "extra" vehicle for $40/week close by-please message once you book for details if you need to store a vehicle.

SAFETY: Fire Alarms, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, Fire Extinguisher

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
Check-out is at 10 AM sharp. It is important that you depart the house at the proper time!

RENTAL AGE POLICY:
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we only rent to FAMILY groups, and you must be 25 years or older to reserve the home. No exceptions.

QUIET ENJOYMENT Quiet hour starts at 11 PM where outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.

MAX GUESTS In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more than 10 guests/8 adults. In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
• With the exception of a $99 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 45 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept credit cards (Additional 3% fee applies for all credit card transactions).
