Amazing View

Beachfront balcony on the corner unit gives a completely unobstructed view of the Gulf. Can be in the water in about a minute. Convenient location to several excellent restaurants, Publics and shopping areas. I would definitely consider this unit in the future.

The condo was beautifully decorated and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Adored that it was a corner unit and has comfortable seating on the patio. Sofa although beautiful was a little hard when watching a movie so decided to use the comfy chairs instead. Would have LOVED a king bed vs queen. I love my husband but need my space to stretch out. Make sure you are in shape to carry your suitcase etc up 3 flights of stairs or pack lightly which I can never do! We adored the condo and will definitely stay again. Thank you for such a beautiful condo!

It’s all about the view for me

I am so glad to have found this Top Floor Corner Unit! The wraparound view was just perfect. Unobstructed views from both the balcony doors and den window truly made me feel like I was perched right there on the Gulf while sitting in my comfy swivel chair. Amazing way to spend the month of January away from the Kansas City Cold. Wonderfully Clean and probably the best stocked VRBO I’ve encountered. This condo has all the things. lol. But for real…great views, great location, fully equipped kitchen with fancy gadgets like sushi making kits, espresso machine, tea kettle, bar cart and really great linens. I would rent again.

We could walk to Seaside for shopping (1.3 miles) and it was close to many great restaurants. The owner left a list of dining suggestions and we went to most of them. We will look to stay here again.

Seagrove Beach

The unit was beautiful. Nicely decorated, clean. Stocked with toiletries, laundry detergent and dish soap so no need to buy anything additional there. Communication with property owner was great. Only complaints (and not towards the unit itself or the owner) was the location and it’s on the 3rd level which was many stairs to climb in addition to the stairs to get to and from the beach. Location: there isn’t much to do right by the house. There is a small shop and a place to rent bikes and/or golf carts within walking distance and some restaurants but they closed early. Perhaps we were not looking in the right place. Seaside is close but packed so it was congested trying to get in and out of there and not easy to find parking. The view of the beach from the unit is fantastic. We were not fortunate enough to experience a sunset from the balcony as every afternoon/evening of our trip brought clouds. A beach umbrella and chairs along with other fun things to take to use on the beach are also provided so that was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo with everything you need!

We loved the condo and location! It was so comfortable for my family of 4. The owner was super easy to work with and very responsive. The condo is well equipped with all you need and then some. Literally, every detail has been thought of and the decor is lovely. Small details like liquid hand soap for all sinks as well as throw blankets on the patio were nice surprises. We also really enjoyed the coffee grinder and French press, so plan to bring your favorite beans along. There’s also a Keurig, standard drip coffee maker and espresso machine to cover all your coffee bases. The record player was also a fun surprise! Not our taste in music, but we picked up some new vinyl at the Seaside record shop. The beach wasn’t too busy and the guys who rent the umbrella/chair set-ups were super nice! Be sure to reserve your set-up a day or so in advance if you want front row. You’re also permitted to set-up your own, which is nice. There were several floats, chairs, boogie boards, etc. in the condo to use. There was a small vacuum to use to keep floors sand free. I’m not a fan of walking on sand inside, so this was great to clean up each day after everyone came in from the beach. The air conditioning works very well, which was so nice! Be mindful that you will need to be able to haul your things up and down many stairs as there’s no elevator. Also, the bunk beds are not for anyone over around 5’2” in height.

This is our third year visiting 30a and this property was the best we've stayed at. The owner was very responsive to all our questions before we left which was greatly appreciated. The unit is new and clean. The location is close to everything, the views are beautiful, the private beach was well staffed for chairs and umbrellas. The pool was nice to have on days with double reds. My family will for sure be back!

Worth Every Ounce of Gold

Rob thought of everything and the attention to detail must be experienced. It has the best location, the best amenities, down to the instructions for playing nice music on the SONOS sound system. Few places put such trust in the wellbeing of such a nice place to others. The decor was an 11 out of 10 and we actually took some pictures of some of the decor to copy for our home. The style and views made it such a pleasant experience, that we will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed our Memorial Day Getaway. The beach was perfect. We had coffee, breakfast, and cocktails on the balcony everyday. The views are beautiful. We love to cook so the well appointed kitchen was great. We are music lovers so we really enjoyed the record player and Bose system. I only wish we would’ve had a king size bed. We definitely had a fabulous time!!!
