Enjoy your new home-away-from-home in this comfortable Gulf-front condo. This cozy 3rd floor unit boasts plenty of open living space with a modernized kitchen, providing ample space to prepare a family meal. The master bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with large shower. The kids will love the hallway bunks, and they'll have easy access to the modern and updated guest bathroom with tub/shower combination.

We're sure most of your time (when not at the beach) will be spent on this balcony. You'll find no shortage of seaside breezes and beautiful sunsets. Palms C14 offers a relaxing setting where you walk to shopping and fine dining from the Palms or take a bike ride along the bike path that meanders along 30A.

The Palms of Seagrove:
Nestled atop a bluff, the Palms at Seagrove is a Gulf-front complex is perfect for a great family vacation. Take a splash in the pool or a stroll along the sugar white beaches unique to this area. You'll enjoy some amazing views with a stay here. The Palms sits atop a 25-ft. bluff, raising you high above it all.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the west side of Building C closest to the beach. Guests staying near this area may experience partial obstruction of Gulf views, and some daytime noise may be heard.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Perfect Stay!

This condo was perfect for a long weekend. The home was cozy and clean, making it easy to feel at home and relaxed. The view from the balcony is beautiful and being just a few steps from the beach is unbeatable. It’s also at a convenient location to the grocery store and nearby shops/restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the management company was proactive and responsive to anything we needed. Definitely would stay here again!

Benchmark is your problem!

The Palms C-14 was a beautiful place! But you put Benchmark in to mange it! That’s your problem! Been coming with my whole family for years. Beautiful place but terrible! Management! I’m 67 treat me like it! I’m not a teenager or an unreasonable parent! The Management team that was bought out was a professional group!

This unit is perfectly located on the beach. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a great trip. My kids loved the bunk bed set up in the hallway. Views are great. The area is known for white sandy beaches and clear blue ocean (it didn't disappoint). Unit is within walking distance to several shops/restaurants. Perfect escape for our family of 4. Highly recommend. The property manager was very responsive and communication throughout was very helpful.

Excellent Location!

Wonderful location, easy walk up the beach to Seaside. Great views, and the beach is RIGHT there!!!! The unit is clean and updated. Benchmark Management was communicative and helpful. Two suggestions - previous reviews mentioned the bed being creaky - it is also lumpy, with a hump in the middle - it is time for a new mattress and a good mattress pad. Also, the TV’s are older models and wouldn’t update so using Netflix, or Hulu was not possible - it was cool and rainy and settling in to watch a movie in the evening would have been welcome. But the location, cannot be beat! And the beach was beautiful!

Fantastic experience!

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The view and easy beach access was fantastic for the whole family to enjoy! The beach was private and never busy which allowed for a better teach experience! We would definitely consider this property at the Palms again!

We loved the unit, very updated and clean and we would definitely stay again. Couple of property maintenance tips, slow leak in master bath commode-some filling without flushing, squeaky bed frame as you sit on right side of bed every time you get in and out, rug in den needs cleaning or replacing due to some minor spots. Outlet to the left of the refrigerator won’t work. I offer this feedback for the owner only as the unit CLEARLY has been totally remodeled with great attention to detail and I though these small things would be something they should know about. We love the location and have already recommended the unit to others because it’s so nice. Thanks.

Fantastic. Everything was great. Slept better than at home. The bed the pillows, the white noise of the ac were all unusually perfect for a stay away from home. We almost never heard a neighbor. Very quiet unit. The private beach was spectacular. There are umbrella and chair rentals available daily right at the bottom of the steps on our beach. But not being aware of that we rented from vacayzen. Which was ok too. That allowed us to backpack our umbrella and chairs elsewhere. But if your staying at that beach I’d just flip $40 a day to the palms rental set. Top floor balcony was great, may weather was perfect. FYI the coffee maker was a Kurig. That would have been nice to know. Brought grounds. Overall highly recommend.

Fantastic Seagrove condo

The condo and beach were absolutely fantastic. Close to Seaside, easily within biking or golf cart distance. The beach access was private and easy to get to, and very clean. Everything was cleaner and updated than we expected, so very pleased and would book here again.

Totally enjoyed our stay. The unit was recently remodeled and super clean!.. Great view from balcony and a very short walk to the beautiful beach where you can rent an umbrella and chairs. Will definitely stay again!..
