The perfect set up for couples looking for a quite retreat. The rental includes two beach bikes and two beach chairs with an umbrella. The rental has a separate entrance and private outdoor shower with hot water to rinse the sand off. The rental also has second floor porch that overlooks state forest wildlife area.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect. We loved walking to the beach and riding the bikes to Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park. Jim’s place is very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed is so comfortable too. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the outdoor deck overlooking their beautiful backyard-we even saw a few white-tailed deer. We definitely feel recharged after our trip. We can’t wait to go back!

This is our second time visiting the property. The rental was very clean and organized. The bed was really comfortable. We love staying here. It is within walking or biking distance from great food and beaches.
