Come visit us and see our newly renovated Beach Side Villas complex after a 6-million-dollar renovation. The area attracts people, and they keep coming back!! We have a wonderful view of the ocean and sand dunes. Our unit has Wi-Fi so bring your laptops and connect to the internet free of charge. This 2 Bedroom Condo is the larger of the 2-bedroom units at BSV. This is ground floor level so no steps to deal with. We have just updated our kitchen with granite counter tops, glass tile backsplash and new kitchen cabinets. Bathrooms have been updated with new lighting, faucets and mirrors. You are only steps away from our unit to one of the most beautiful, award winning, white sand Beaches in the US! Enjoy the 17-mile bike trail on scenic 30-A and only a short walk on the beach in front of our complex to picturesque Deer Lake State Park. The park has 1,700 acres of the most beautiful natural scenery and also is a wildlife sanctuary with walking trails. Its worth the visit to this secluded beach area. New laminate floors in bedrooms. New living room furniture with sofa bed and accent chairs. Small ocean view from the deck.

Great Location to Beach!

This was our 2nd trip to 30A (Santa Rosa Beach) and we would definitely stay at this property again. 5 min walk to public beach access, but in the evening we would take the 1 min walk to the private access. AC worked great, had almost everything we needed (need at least 1 non-stick pan for stovetop) and absolutely no complaints!

A good bang for your buck

The property was great. Enough room for 2 adults and 4 smalls. The porch was an added bonus. Smalls ate most meals out there and played on it when not on beach or pool

Poor Description of Location

The condo was clean and tidy. The owner was thorough in his instructions and guidelines. We were disappointed that the "Beach Instructions" were NOT disclosed prior to reserving this condo. In fact, Verbo has it listed as beachfront, and it is not! The fact that you had to either walk or drive the distance to go to the beach was a challenge for us as we are older adults with walking issues. I would have preferred that information was disclosed BEFORE we made a monetary payment. I feel we were misled by the advertising. I would not recommend nor stay at this condo again!

Beachside Stay

The location was wonderful, and it was a quick walk to the beach. The beach was never too crowded, and there were no steps leading to the sand! This is a great location for kids or anyone that may have difficulty getting around. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants in area. Overall, the condo and location was exactly what we were looking for.

Very relaxing

Good condo, super convenient to the beach with an easy five-minute walk. Enjoy the boardwalk view from the covered patio while having breakfast. Includes 3 beach chairs with umbrellas. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking (crockpot, blender, toaster oven). Easily bike to ice cream shops or restaurants. Publix is a 10-ish minute drive for essentials, while Walmart is over 30 minutes away. Quiet beach with private areas. Well-marked with signs. Owner is quick to return any questions.

Spring Break!

We loved unit 211! It was SO clean, so cute, and we really really loved that it was a corner unit on the bottom floor. It’s a short walk to the beach, and also nice to not have lug our belongings or groceries up and down stairs. I was in touch with Mr. Jerry about having an issue with my key code when we got there, and he was so nice and helpful. One thing I meant to do but forgot to was to bring a blanket to use for the sofa bed. There are sheets but no extra blanket, which is definitely not a negative! - just a heads up for anyone who plans to use the sofa bed. Everything was great, and we will be back!

Beautiful Stay & Great Tennis

This was a wonderful place to stay with the grandkids. It is right next to the tennis courts and the swimming pool. A very short walk to a beautiful clean beach. We had to cut it short due to a family emergency but plan to return again some day. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. Just the right amount of room. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

A nicely appointed condo, clean and comfortable. Easy access to beach and pool. (About a 3-5 minute walk to beach.) We made good use of the included beach chairs and umbrella. A short bike ride to shopping and dining. Property manager was quick to reply to communication and very helpful. If we return to the 30A area again, we'll consider this property for sure

Beautiful Beach

This property was clean and actually nicer than the pictures. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of several shops. We had family staying a mile away and we road bikes back and forth easily. It had pretty much everything you would need in the kitchen. The twin beds were not comfortable but kids wouldn't mind. The showers had good pressure and water stayed hot for everyone's showers. The pool was even heated most of the week. The air conditioner did not work in this unit. It was burning up when we got there and we turn the thermostat down to 73 as instructed. It never got any lower than 77 after a day and a half. We just turned it off and opened the doors and window and it was comfy. If it had been summer, we wouldn't have been able to stay there. I text the property manager twice and never got a reply back. If the air was fixed, I would stay here again.

Summer trip to Seagrove Beach

This was our second time visiting the 30A beaches for a week and this spot was excellent! Easy beach (and lake) access, close to just about anything you need, yet feels a world away. There was a golf cart shuttle to one of the beach access points, but we never felt the need, since it's so close (and we travel light). The place itself is well maintained and cared for, with just about everything you need in the kitchen if you're eating in. It's an end unit with a nice patio where the beach breeze greets you in the morning. The second bedroom and bath worked great for our two teenagers. Communication with the owner was excellent, with timely information and prompt responses to questions prior to our visit and we had no issues during our stay.

We highly recommend this condo! Gerald was great communicating about things and the condo was clean with plenty of kitchen items, towels, etc. The location was close to a couple of really nice beaches. On a side note, Deer Lake state park is closed until June for renovations.

Family Beach Trip

We had a great stay at this condo! The accommodations were perfect! I loved the super kitchen that contained every appliance or utensil one might need! I also loved being on the ground level, it was such easy access to the beach, tennis courts, or pool! It was perfect for our busy family! Last but not least, we loved the access to beach chairs and umbrella! That was a lifesaver! Thank you for sharing your place with us! I can't wait to go back and stay again!

Wonderful experience

We have stayed several times in other units at Beachside Villas, but this was by far the nicest. Immaculately clean with lots of recent updates. The owner was easy to work with. We had a great vacation & enjoyed our stay in this unit.

The property and area is nice Gerald is easy to access and communicate with The bed is comfortable The public beach access is a bit of a distance We used the sugar Dunes access ramp which is in front of the condo (100 feet distance) and walked right about 100 feet beyond sugar Dunes "private property" I think sugar Dunes (in front of beachside villas where we are) are grossly going over their property line and claiming it as theirs which I did not appreciate and neither did Gerald when I told him. Regardless, Gerald communicated clearly where I can setup my canopy if I went thru the sugar Dunes access While houses are still under construction we should take advantage of how close the beach is to the property and I hope we can continue to use the easily accessible Sugar Dunes ramp owned by Fort Walton County in the many years to come :)

Great spot!

This was a last minute booking for us for gal break. It was just my husband, myself and our 4 year old daughter. The condo was in good condition and clean (my only complaint is they need new pillows on the bed). The location was ideal for us, easy access to the beach. We rented a golf cart during our stay and carted most places we needed or wanted to go to. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to at some point!
