You visit Seaside "Just For Fun" but when you stay at our newly renovated home, you will fall in love with all 30A has to offer. This beautiful corner unit home is the best of location and design. Very quick 2 min walk to Odessa Beach Access and across the street from the Westside Pool.

Renovated in 2024 to include an updated kitchen, new laundry room, new powder room, and updated bathrooms.  This home is a stunning example of mixing retro touches with glamorous style.

When you step into the home, you're reminded of the sleek styling of a teak trimmed sailboat. The 2nd floor is open and airy, with brilliant natural light bathing the main living area and tall ceilings adding to the expansive feel. Plush furniture decorates the living room including large Smart TV with Sonos. The covered balcony is a calming retreat when you want to enjoy an afternoon drink or relax with a book. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances + dining for 6 completes the main living area.

The incredible private outdoor spaces continue to a rooftop sundeck covered watchtower featuring 360 degree views of Seaside and the Gulf! Feel the Gulf breeze as you rest on the bench or lather up your sunscreen to relax on the sundeck.

A family vacation isn't complete w/out your beloved pup. Just For Fun is pet friendly for non-shedding dogs 45 pounds or lighter and payment of a non-refundable pet fee. (Pet must be approved prior to arrival by Exclusive 30A. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction without refund.)

Want some extra space? Ask about adding the separate carriage house apartment with sleeping for 6 to your reservation. The main house and carriage house are rented separately, and there is a high likelihood another guest with a pet will be in the carriage house during your stay. The carriage house has a private entrance across the courtyard from the main house.

Seaside Spring Break

While we enjoyed the location and setup of the house, we felt that it had not been maintained very well by management. We were without hot water for about 24 hours of your stay, and had to have multiple plumbers come out before the hot water tank was finally replaced. The refrigerator beeped incessantly despite our attempts to turn off whatever sensor was running amok. The ice maker was broken and it made it very hard to even get the freezer door closed. Additionally, the house was dusty and not well-cleaned. We had toothpaste and other stains on our bed covers and sheets. The property had recently been listed for sale and it seems that the owners/managers have not done due diligence with keeping their rental in good working order. We also were never provided with parking passes despite being told they would be available.

This place is amazing!’

We truly loved this place! It was a 2 min walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the square and across from the pool. There’s also a nice workout facility on property. The bikes were a plus as my kids were back and forth. The location is perfect and it’s beautiful inside. Decorated beautifully and the beds were so comfortable. The host managers were great at communicating as well. We’ll definitely be staying here next year!!

Great location!

Very convenient to the beach, pool, and Seaside stores. Very comfortable beds and furnished nicely. I second the review about the cable dropping on the tv’s in the downstairs king bedrooms. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because of pet stains but housekeeping responded with replacement item’s quickly.

few things missing

There were no AC ducts in the upstairs rooms. As a result the temperature up there in the summer was uncomftorably hot even at night. this in spite of having the fan on and turning down the AC all the way. There is no bathroom to use from the parlor so any guests would have to go to someones room to go to the bathroom. The television in the master suite was constantly losing connection with the cable tv as it is dependent on a blue tooth connection to bring the signal to the TV.. This was constantly being lost and the television would revert to a "smart Tv" mode but then the remote would not work. Had maintenance over once but it continued to occur. Might want to fix that and do a wired connection. The ice maker is the old time drip in freezer type which does not produce much ice and thus useless for a household during the summer. Had maintenance over once for this and they said it would freeze over and need 24 hrs to work again. Really needs a dedicated ice maker
