Custom Built 3-story house on Corner Lot with two spacious living areas on first and second levels. With an eat-in Kitchen with arched openings to living-dining area, this home is perfect for entertaining, including large side porch off kitchen for outdoor dining and relaxing or enjoy cool evenings in front of the gas fireplace in living area. All four bedrooms are en-suite, with large master suite on the second floor. The King Master suite has a morning coffee area; large master bath has whirlpool tub with oversized separate beautiful, tiled shower. Outstanding view from third level sitting area surrounded by glass. My favorite stay on 30A!

This house is so comfortable and beautiful. Our group had a great time and really felt like we were getting the true 30A experience. The walk into town was easy, and we also loved using the golf cart. Great communication from the host, and I’d definitely stay here again.

perfect house

So easy to find privacy if needed (god knows sometimes we need a break from the chaos) but also so many spots to gather and share some quality time. the kitchen, porch, dining/ living room was full of girls this whole trip, but we never had to yell or run around. I could rave for hours, but u get the point! And its right next door to Publix, with a walking trail and everything for forgetful chefs!

Great property at the front of NatureWalk. The hosting company was very communicative and solved so small issues rapidly. The master bath shower is digital and is truly an experience! Access to the golf cart was amazing and we were able to use it for transit to the beach, Seaside, and the Publix complex. The two bikes provided were noisy but functional and my daughters truly enjoyed them. Small quibbles: WiFi signal is usually fine throughout the house, but connection to the internet dropped several times while we are home. The router and modem are in a locked closet so the property company had to come and unlock the closet in order to perform a modem reset. Since any TV watching was streaming, loss of signal means no TV at times. Access to the modem for a soft reset might solve this issue. The clothes dryer is somewhat ineffective, but we didn’t have to use but once or twice. Overall, a great experience. This was probably our 5th stay in NatureWalk over the past 15 years and we would definitely stay at La Dolce Vita again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Home But Not What We Expected

The home is beautiful. If you are not wanting access to the Watercolor beach and amenities, then this is a nice place. The bedding on one bed was really dirty upon arrival. This was probably an oversight because the remainder of the home was very clean. You may want to bring your own curtain for the double glass door on the master bedroom because what is currently there does not cover the entire window area. We saw many large brown bugs in the home and garage. Hopefully that will be addressed. Overall, the home was fine, but we did encounter these issues.
