Stunning new construction in Seaside, Florida. This luxurious modern home, “On the Lawn,” is located directly on the Seaside croquet lawn with peaceful park views from the front porch. This home has a great furnished front porch with rockers and a bed swing, perfect for morning coffee while you take in the views.

Step inside to the first floor that features the sought-after open floor plan with a large open living area, kitchen, and dining area with designer furniture and touches throughout the home. At the entrance is a corner bench and table perfect for family card games, adjacent to this is the grand living area with plenty of seating, and a large mounted 75" LG Smart TV perfect for family movie nights at home. The center dining area easily seats eight with a gorgeous chandelier, all adjacent to the bar area that seats another three. The bar room features a beverage fridge, a wine fridge, an ice maker, and a half bathroom. Adjacent to the dining and bar area is the substantial custom gourmet chef’s kitchen. The kitchen features a six-burner stove and griddle, a Frigidaire 66-inch-wide refrigerator, a 44-inch galley Sink with dry dock, and an expansive butler’s pantry off the kitchen with additional gourmet cookware, cutlery, and more kitchen appliances. The center island is the hub for family laughter and offers bar seating for three more. Below the first floor is the bonus ground floor with a king day bed, a mounted 49" LG Smart TV, a private full bathroom, access to the rear driveway with private parking for two, and access to the elevator that services all four floors of this grand home.

Ascend the stairs to the second level, where you find two luxurious king primary bedrooms referred to as the West King and the East King. (This home features four king bedrooms and a king daybed) The first West King primary bedroom is oversized with a mounted 49" LG Smart TV, a private primary bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a deep soaker tub, a rain shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second East King primary bedroom faces the lawn with park-like views, a private front porch with a rocker, a mounted 49" LG Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private primary bath with a dual vanity and a rain shower. Also on this floor is the more than adequate laundry room with sink, ironing board, windows with views, and ample counter space for any laundry needs for those long-extended beach stays.

The third floor features four more bedrooms: two kings, one queen, and a bunk room. The third king bedroom has a large dresser, a flat screen mounted TV, a full modern private bath with a shower only. The fourth king bedroom is oversized with a desk area perfect for working remote, a mounted 49" LG Smart TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a walk-in closet. The fifth queen bedroom has park views, a mounted 49" LG Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower only. The sixth bedroom has twin bunk beds to sleep four in total, a pocket door, and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower only.

Ascend to the fourth-floor open-air tower with bar seating for 2 and incredible 360-degree panoramic rooftop and town views of Seaside, and even a slight view of the Gulf. You can catch the most incredible sunsets over Seaside in this family favorite tower.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at On The Lawn in Seaside. The house was plenty big, if not too big, for all of us to stay (10 total people). The only issue we had was the water in the kitchen and bar area was taking too long to cool down. It defaulted to warm/hot water when turned on. We texted Homeowners Collection about a toilet handle that was not working properly and they sent someone out promptly. When the plumber got there I asked him to look at the hot water situation as well and he did so and was able to fix it enough that you let the water run for 15 or so seconds and it would then cool down. We appreciated the prompt and professional service that was provided. Location of the house was a little further back from the beach which we liked, still only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The privacy at night was great and we were very close to the pickleball courts which was nice. They had security continually surveilling the area which we also appreciated. I would recommend this house for large families. The only problem with staying in these bigger houses though is that you only get two parking passes. So if the house sleeps 16 people and you have a couple of families that drive or even 3 families that drive you are stuck with the dilemma of what to do with the third car. We love Seaside though and have never had any problems, highly recommend.

First time seaside stay

Good solid stay. Was a bit disappointed in how dirty the floor were. Maybe that is the nature of the beach but our feet were black within minutes of being there so pack some slippers or socks. The elevator was great to get luggage etc to top floors but the doors to the elevators are wonky and took an act of God to get opened. Once we figured it out it was fine. I was also a bit disappointed that our electricity went out which is not the managers fault but we called to find out if it was just our home or a bigger outage and.no one ever called us back. I liked the location of this home but man it’s crowded in Seaside and not great parking in the community. For future stays, I think Rosemary may be a butter overall experience.

Spectacular!

The most fabulous house in the perfect location! I couldn't believe it the first morning when we woke up to deer grazing on the lawn. Majestic! Just a short stroll to the beach, shops, food and fun. We would definitely stay here again. The house is so lovely!

Nice, new place!

This home was very spacious with a great location. The kids loved playing sports in the park right out the front door. The kitchen area is very well equipped and the butlers pantry is a great for functionality with large groups and kids. The furnishings are high end and thoughtfully selected. It’s a short walk to central square at seaside.

Great house, amazing kitchen, 10/10

Fantastic house in the back of Seaside. We have historically stayed closer to the main square so this was our first time staying towards the back of the development. We loved the location directly across from the lawn. Very quiet and peaceful. Hands down best kitchen amenities out of any rental we have ever stayed in anywhere. Everything was top of the line and brand new. Loved this house, loved the elevator (made unloading/loading a breeze), loved the location. Would definitely rent this again.

Great New House

Our family of 8 stayed here and had a great time. This is a new three story house that is fully stocked. We could walk to seaside square or the beach, kids had bikes. No need for golf cart. Property Management is very responsive. Highly recommend!!
