Gorgeous, updated beach house with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths steps away from the beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters of the amazing Grayton Beach. Our home is newly renovated/furnished with a large, heated saltwater swimming pool and is within walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants.

The comfortable, remodeled beach home provides a one of a kind floor plan that allows for kids and parents to have their own space. Relax in the large living room or porch and have the kids play in the bonus room with a TV for movies and a TV for gaming. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining room. Lots of room for everybody!

The house features 3 large porches, one on each level. Enjoy beautiful views of the gulf and the rolling sand dunes of Grayton Beach from the upper porch. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths - 2 br & 2 baths on the main floor and 2 br and 2 baths on the second floor. The home comfortably sleeps 12 with a (maximum of 8 adults) with 2 kings, 2 fulls, 2 sets of twin bunks and a LoveSactional that may be converted to a queen bed.

There is no better place than Sea La Vie to gather with family and friends and make beautiful memories. Please join us for an amazing vacation!

*** All renters MUST be 25 years of age and an occupant in the home during your stay

* Saturday to Saturday (7-day) rentals only from March through August, unless approved by management.

* October - April the pool may be heated at the request of the guest for an additional $200 for a 1 week stay.
*The Pool Heater requires 24 hours to reach the desired temperature of 83 degrees.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Beach chairs and provided towels were appreciated (less to pack!!). Beach itself was gorgeous clear water with plenty of space. The pool area was nice too as was the outdoor shower. Enjoyed the view of the dunes and a peak of the ocean from the top deck. The ping pong table was a nice break from the sun. The house was well equipped with items for day to day needs. Communication with Ronee was excellent leading up to the trip and during. Very responsive to the small issue that was handled promptly. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at the house. The house was accurately described in the listing. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the pool was great. Absolute perfection—amazing pool, great location, and incredible hosts!We had a phenomenal stay at this house! The description was absolutely spot on, and the property was immaculate upon arrival. It was just the four of us, but the layout is so spacious it could have easily accommodated another family of four without anyone feeling crowded. The kids absolutely loved having their own separate play area with two TVs, and we all spent evenings on the top deck watching the incredible sunsets.The pool was a massive hit, especially on the rainy days when we couldn't go out. When the weather was nice, the walk to the beach entrance was an easy 2–3 minute walk at most.To top it all off, the host was fantastic—super communicative both before and during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. They even welcomed us with a wonderful gift basket full of treats and drinks, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need, including spices and oil. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home!

We loved our stay here. The house was within short range walking distance to the beach. We the pool was great for hot days where we didn’t want to carry all our gear to the beach. The house had basic spices and cooking supplies, laundry detergent pods, cleaning supplies, beach towels, beach gear. Host was very communicative.

Beautiful beach house in a great location

This beach house is beautifully maintained with great space for large or multiple families of all ages. Grayton offers beautiful beaches, good food and a low key atmosphere. Property is owned by gracious host house is well stocked with everything you need. We hope to return.

Perfect Grayton Beach Get-Away

Large, roomy, well decorated and well maintained. Perfect family sized get-away, convenient, but away from the chaos that South Walton has become due to it’s obsession with over building. Short walk to an uncrowded beach. New pool and scenic decks make for a wonder stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely quiet beach

Great location in quiet picturesque Grayton Beach. Truly a brief walk to beach entrance. Sand is white sugar and water was crystal blue and perfect with exception of the two days after a storm and a couple of jellyfish encounters. Host goes above and beyond with providing amenities.

Perfection at the beach

The house is amazing and so is the location. The owners have thought of just about everything you will need from beach chairs to kitchen equipment! Everything was super clean and decorated in lovely blues and greens. It’s the best beach house we’ve ever stayed in and the location is amazing, just a short walk to the beach!

We loved this property! The close proximity the vast, not crowded beach and the pool were my kiddos favorites. The house was beautifully decorated and Kay was great to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone! Grayton Beach is so laid back yet you are so close to the busier beach towns along 30a if want to go in for shopping and eating!

We had the best week. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was the perfect size for our family with room to spread out and room to gather! Communication with the owner was seamless and graciously allowed for early checkin after a very early morning flight. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal Property

The home is beautiful. Nicely appointed. Easily the best rental I have stayed in on 30A. Have been coming to the area for 10+ years. Pool/pool area are private without neighbors able to look in on the space. Neighborhood with only a few homes, making for a great beach get-a-way.
