ABOUT SUNSEEKERS 2:
Welcome to Sunseekers 2! South of 30a and in the quaint town of Blue Mountain Beach is where you will find this beautiful 2 bed/2 bath gulf-front condo. With gorgeous views surrounding you will never want to leave! Step outside and relax on the patio or the surrounding neatly manicured lawn that is a perfect setting for a night of stargazing. This backyard oasis will have you lounging for hours and enjoying the sounds of the ocean breeze. When you need a break from the beach, Sunseekers is less than 5 minutes from the great shops and restaurants on 30A.

Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably you will love the newly updated décor and furnishings making you feel right at home! Walking in you will see the opening to the kitchen and dining room with seating at the bar and dining table. Straight through the dining room you will enter an amazing living room with unobstructed views of the beach. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and full bathroom with access to the hallway. Closer to the living room you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. With a flat screen TV and ocean views- this is sure to be the perfect spot to wake up and fall asleep at. Bring your family and friends and enjoy a well-deserved getaway at Sunseekers in Blue Mountain Beach!

Blue Mountain Beach, Florida, is a perfect destination for those looking to enjoy a mix of relaxation and outdoor activities. The pristine beaches are the main attraction, offering soft, sugar-white sand and clear, calm waters that are ideal for children. Families can spend their days building sandcastles, swimming, and playing beach games, all while enjoying the stunning coastal views.
Beyond the beach, Blue Mountain Beach is near several rare coastal dune lakes, such as Draper Lake and Big Redfish Lake. The location was great and the unit was perfect! Very clean. We were able to bike to restaurants and hike on trails. If you go- take a pizza cutter, dish towels and pot holders. Oh, and a hairdryer!We are hoping to go back next year!

We loved this space! We were able to rent chairs and an umbrella that was waiting for us every morning when we walked to the beach! There was also a coffee shop within walking distance, and the furniture was lovely. Beds were super comfortable, and the shower pressure was amazing! This is a GREAT find for being in the 30A area—at the time we went, there were only maybe 3 other couples on the beach!

This property is not as the pictures show

Upon the first entrance garbage was piled up. Not sure why they don’t have trash pick up more than once a week with all the units? The front door to our unit had an almost inch gap at the bottom. It barely felt secure even with the deadbolt. The inside of property smelled musty and moldy. The paint job on the pantry was so bad I think my daughter could of done a better job. The door knobs used for both the front outside door and the back patio were inside door knobs. The back patio was filthy as well was the patio door. The blinds on the back exit door did not open. The sofa was so dirty we had to buy sheets to sit on it. You can look at my reviews - I have never left low ratings but I feel I need to because the reviews and the pictures of this property do NOT reflect the actual property. I work very hard and spending the amount of money I spent on this place is not justified. As well, taking time off to stay in a dump is not my idea of a vacation.

Very nice

We enjoyed our stay very much - especially the easy access to the beach. The view was spectacular. The house was very clean - my only complaint is the pots and pans left much to be desired and we’re all askew in the cabinets. The cookie sheet had rust on it rendering it unusable. Suggest replacing and organizing the cooking utensils. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

The views and access to the beach are amazing! Just steps to the beach, and A perfect place to watch the sunset with on the property or steps away on the beach! The Beach is my Happy Place!

The perfect location for a week long getaway! Sitting on the back porch listening to the ocean waves is so calming. Everything was very clean and the condo well furnished. Great access to lots of restaurants and the beach. Only negative was the the king mattress needs to be replaced and it smells musty.

Condo is Falling Apart

I have pics of all of this and we reported it over email so we wouldn’t be held accountable. My husband spent the first hour we were there cleaning the dishwasher-the bottom and filter were coated in weeks’ worth of food debris and long hairs and unmentionable smelling slime. I went to the master bathroom and found the blinds open directly over the toilet, went to close them-the rod worked but a big piece of the window frame flew off and hit me in the face. I sat down to use the toilet and the TO holder fell off and smashed into my toe and I couldn’t get it back into the hardware to fix it so we didn’t have a roll holder in the bathroom. There were four house flies buzzing us but no fly seater. The ocean-front view was perfection, but the door does not lock right, or close right, you have to really try hard to open and close the double door and it’s like it’s falling apart. There were pubic hairs in the “clean” bedding. The bed skirt is torn. The back of the bedroom door has a hole in it abd the remote to the TV was in three pieces so we couldn’t watch shows and movies in bed. We gagged at the Pubic hair and went to take the sheets to the laundry area-they’re too cheap to provide detergent/also they only left 3 dishwasher tabs for the whole week. So we had to hurry back out for Tide. The coffee maker is there for the next morning, sure, but there’s not a filter in sight. We had to use a paper towel and thank goodness I brought my own coffee grounds or we’d have had none. You’re welcome, whoever stayed after us, we left you a fly swatter in the utility and coffee filters in the pantry. The plunger in the pantry is so old it doesn’t even work when you try to use it. The throw pillows were fluffed and arranged but when we turned them over to check for bedbugs on arrival, found that they were split open half a foot wide across the seam. There’s a stain on the arm chair. The popcorn button on the microwave is broken so be prepared to burn several bags if your family wants movie night on rainy nights. You’ll spend your whole week doing laundry bc their towels are so heavy that they don’t dry between uses and smell Moldy and my 76 yr old aunt came with us, she walks 3-5 miles a day for exercise—she almost fell and could’ve broke a hip or hit her head—all the bedroom and kitchen area rugs are cheap abd dry rotted and slide all over the floors making the whole place dangerous. We rolled them all up until the day we left for our own safety. DONT RENT HERE

Great condo in a great location

We loved staying here with our two little girls. The location was right on the beach so we can easily walk out in the morning s and come back up for lunch each day. I loved how close we were to the local bakery, ice cream shop, and restaurants. We biked everywhere. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and Peaceful

This was our first time on a private beach with beach front property, we will definitely look into staying here or somewhere similar soon! The condo was very spacious and had the amenities we needed for the week.
