Welcome to 'Sea La Vie!' Amazing location, NEXT DOOR to the Dragonfly Pool! It doesn't get easier to go to and from the pool then to be right next to it!

Complimentary BRAND NEW 6-seater LSV, 4 bikes, WaterColor amenities & pools access included!

3 king bedrooms (1 downstairs), 2 bunk rooms, multiple porches (1 screened-in), 2 living rooms (great for kids & adults!), en-suite bathrooms, chef's kitchen, gas BBQ grill, outdoor shower & open concept floor plan!

The space

Conveniently situated just minutes from the beaches of the Gulf, guests are literally NEXT DOOR TO the Dragonfly pool and have access to the amenities of the WaterColor Community, including 9 other pools, Camp WaterColor, and The Beach Club!

The serene screened-in front porch has plush outdoor seating perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Surrounded by natural green space and parks, it offers the most perfect private, peaceful retreat.

As you enter through the front porch, you're welcomed by a comfortable living room sofa and chairs. The gourmet chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and eat-in island seating with bar stools to accommodate 4.

Just off of the kitchen there is a gas BBQ grill available, and outdoor dining table. This home also includes a main floor full size washer and dryer convenient for longer stays!

Additionally, there is an office nook, a half bath, and the first floor master king bedroom with en-suite bathroom located just down the hall. This bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has double vanities and a glass shower.

As you advance to the second floor, you'll find four additional bedrooms and a second living space (complete with queen sleeper sofa) - great for kids! The master bedroom upstairs features a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanities, large soaking tub, glass shower and private porch. This second floor balcony porch offers a porch swing and rocking chairs.

The third guest room upstairs houses a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with glass shower. The fourth guest room has one Full-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle, and shares the hall bathroom with the other bunk room. The fifth guest room has two custom-built twin bunk beds, a TV with DVD player/DVDs provided, and shares the hall bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 15 Guests):

-Master Bedroom 1: King bed, private en-suite bathroom with large glass shower

SECOND FLOOR:
-Living Room with Queen-size sleeper sofa
-Master Bedroom 2: King bed, private en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub and separate glass shower, private porch access
-Master Bedroom 3: King bed, private en-suite bathroom with glass shower
-Guest Bedroom 4: Full-over-Full bunk bed with Twin trundle, shared bathroom, bathroom with shower / tub combination
-Guest Bedroom 5: Built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, shared bathroom with shower / tub combination

A pack n' play and air mattress are kept at the home complimentary for your use if needed along with other items for children.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Dragonfly pool is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 3 minute LSV ride. The WaterColor Beach Club is about a 5 minute LSV ride from the home.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.

Amazing location

Family of 8 with little ones. Absolutely incredible spot the watercolor amenities were five star, the golf cart allowed easy transport all over town and watercolor. Next door to a pool and soccer field kept our kids busy!! Publix was 3 minutes away! We had the best time ever and the house had everything we could ever want or need. We will be back!

Spring Break Stay at Sea La Vie

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! We had 6 in our group, including two adults and 4 teens and everyone really enjoyed the stay. The property was very clean and was ‘as advertised’. The location was great, right next to the Dragonfly pool and walkable to the grocery store as well. The Watercolor pools and beach club were really nice and we found it fairly easy to book a tennis or pickleball court. The grill and coffee maker need fixing but other than those minor inconveniences, the place was perfect. Would definitely come back!
