The property was wonderful- perfect location to the beach and nicely appointed. My only complaint was the lack of timely response from the management company, granted the only issue was there were no parking passes when we arrived. I notified the management company upon arrival with no immediate response- glad we didn’t have any actual issues.

It was ok

The set up and property was nice for our large family. We had plenty of room. My main issue with the stay was the kitchen had a roach problem. We bought groceries to cook so we didn’t have to spend so much money eating out because we are a large family. Unfortunately anytime we attempted to make anything, roaches would come out from behind the stove and we spent our time chasing and Killing them while trying to cook. There were some dead roaches in cabinets. We had to spend well over $500 eating out that was not in the budget. Sadly, that issue alone made the stay miserable inside. Also, the Internet/wifi was terrible in the condo. The remotes had Netflix options but yet no Netflix and no guide for tv channels.

Roach Infestation

Avoid this property or anything managed by Beachwalk if you can All together. The place was infested with German cockroaches. They offered to have an exterminator come, but they never showed up. The infestation was so bad that I had to find another place to avoid taking the roaches back with me. After all of this trouble they only offered to refund me $150.00, this is after paying for the travel insurance they offer while booking.

Perfect hideaway

Cute place. White curtains in master bedroom resulted in VERY BRIGHT mornings! An L-shaped sectional is there instead of the 2 sofas/ 2 chairs in the listing pic, so there’s a little less seating. Otherwise it was a nice, clean little place!

This was a quickly planned trip and VRBO has always supplied me with great property choices. This property was very quiet yet a three minute drive to the beach. My Winter Get Away

Excellent location for me as I bicycle a lot and the property is right on the bike/walking path along county highway 30 A. Reasonable size property for couple but could feel a little crowded with more. Kitchen had basic utensils but needs updating as some of pans were a little wear dated. Exterior well maintained and close to restaurants and beach access.

Nice apartment. Quiet. Getting to the beach is a chore, and very few access points within a 10 min drive have both parking and showers to wash sand off. Finally, the kitchen needs restocking: there’s not a single undamaged frying pan, too few cooking utensils, no bbq tools. And the ice maker doesn’t work

Great place for the value and plenty of room for all 5 of us

The place was great and not too far from the beach. Most days we were able to find free parking at the beach. The days we had to walk made for good exercise. Just plan on driving over to the beach and dropping off your equipment and kiddos then driving back to park at the condo and walk back to the beach if no parking is available. It's too long a walk to tote everything. One note - I was there with my teenage daughters for my 13 year-old's birthday. The girls got a little loud at the pool (as 4 12 and 13 year olds will) and one of the residents really gave us a hard time. she yelled at them at the pool one day, yelled at us one night while on the balcony, and banged on my door one day to yell at me when I came up to the room to grab a snack for everyone. She felt the need to tell me she thought it wasn't safe to leave my 13 year olds at the pool long enough to get a snack and bring down. Other than that one resident who is not happy that some of the condo ownders rent their condos out, the place was great.

Quiet, secluded and spacious.

Upon arriving and checking in, we were pleased that the unit was as pictured. Since we were on the second floor and had quite a bit of luggage, we were excited about having an elevator. After settling in, we explored the area and found an excellent restaurant within walking distance, (Old Florida Fish House), which was worth the walk, a small coffee shop and a well stocked fish market. Anything else of interest was just a short drive away. We would definitely return for another visit.

Very quiet and comfortable

My family, 2 adults + 3 kids (15, 12 & 11), stayed here for 4 nights in October. The condo was perfect for our needs. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were all quiet. The kitchen had the basics and was above average. The main living room was also comfortable with nice, updated furniture. The condo building we were in was at the back of the small complex and was never crowded during our stay. This is a great place to use as a base of operations in and around the Sea Grove area. The beach is a little walk (<1 mile), but we always drove to and from.

This condo is great! Super-clean, very cozy. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Very affordable and close to Seaside, Watercolor and Rosemary Beach.
