L'appartamento è piccolo e lo sappiamo, ma in aiuto, non c'è neanche un attaccapanni x appendere anche solo un golfino. In alcune zone interno casa, i muri si scrostano in continuazione. Il pentolame è di qualità scarsissima Rubunetterie bagno scarse. Il TV è arretrato (piccolo e vecchio) Frigorifero, zona ghiaccio inutilizzabile. Di buona qualità lavastoviglie e lavatrice La località è molto bella, la posizione della casa anche. Il contratto di prenotazione prevedeva l'utilizzo di piscina uso comune, ma non era utilizzabile. Sono venuto a conoscenza del costo accessorio da pagare in loco, con l'avviso di ricevimento della prenotazione.

Alto potenziale, peccato!

La casa gode di una posizione ottima con tanto di vista sul mare, il problema è che è tutto lasciato un pò a se stesso; Devo riconoscere la cortesia dello staff nel consegnarci le chiavi di casa alle 12.30 invece che alle 16.00 come previsto da prenotazione , ma devo anche dire che quando si mette in affitto un appartamento bisogna garantire un livello basico di comfort..possono passare i copriletti degli anni '80, posso accettare il fatto che in cucina manchi attrezzatura fondamentale come ad esempio canovaccio e presine; con un certo impegno posso sorvolare sul fatto che i poggia asciugamani (di plastica)siano tenuti impiedi dal nastro isolante e che inizialmente siamo stati senza la tendina per la doccia...ma trovo che sia intollerabile che uno debba passare 5 giorni con il water inagibile con conseguenti fuoriuscite di acqua sui pavimenti di tutto il bagno e doccia! ogni volta che ci lavavamo dovevamo passare lo scopettone per asciugare l'acqua che , immancabilente , fuorusciva da non si sa dove; il lavandino della cucina perdeva acqua dai tubi sotto ogni volta che veniva aperto...forse sarebbe il caso di chiamare un idraulico! Grazie al cielo c'era un secondo bagno, altrimenti saremmo dovuti andare in giardino o dietro le siepi a fare i nostril bisogni dato che il problema di intasamento non è stato risolto durante il nostro soggiorno. Anche il livello di pulizia di consegna , pavimenti a parte , lasciava alquanto a desiderare...In conclusione , quando si fà un lavoro come questo, si dovrebbe avere l'accortezza di garantire ai clienti perlomeno un livello accettabile di comfort e servizi, livello che a mio avviso, durante la nostra permanenza non è stato lontanamente raggiunto. Un vero peccato..
