Villa del Fico d’India

IUN Q7411 – CIN IT090063C2000Q7411

Villa del Fico d’India is a peaceful retreat nestled in the Sardinian countryside, just 4 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura and about 2 km from the sea and essential amenities. It is the perfect place for those seeking silence, nature, and privacy, while remaining only a few minutes from Gallura’s most beautiful beaches.

Here, time truly slows down.

There is no TV or Wi-Fi. This is a deliberate choice to encourage a genuine digital detox, where conversations, books, nature, and star-filled skies replace screens. Here, the strongest connection is the one with the landscape and the people you share it with.

⸻

🏡 Indoor spaces

The villa is spacious and bright, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends.

* 2 spacious bedrooms
* 1 en-suite bathroom plus 2 additional bathrooms
* Large living room with a fireplace
* Fully equipped kitchen

The bedrooms are not air-conditioned, but they are fitted with modern, ultra-quiet ceiling fans that provide natural comfort even during the warmest summer days.

⸻

🌿 Outdoor spaces

Outside, the villa opens onto a Mediterranean garden filled with wild olive trees, myrtle, prickly pear cacti, and native Sardinian vegetation.

* Two large covered patios for outdoor dining
* Wood-fired barbecue
* Sun terrace
* Solar-heated outdoor shower
* Hammock and sun loungers for relaxing

In the evening, far from light pollution, the spectacular starry sky becomes part of the experience.

⸻

📍 Location

The villa enjoys a strategic location, allowing you to experience the beauty of Gallura without the crowds of the peak tourist season. Within just a few minutes you can reach stunning beaches and coves such as Rena Bianca, Rena Majori, and Capo Testa.

A rare balance between peace and easy access to the sea.

⸻

🧭 Check-in & Check-out

* Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

🌿 Who this villa is perfect for

Villa del Fico d’India is ideal for guests looking for:

* a slow, restorative holiday surrounded by nature
* privacy, peace, and open spaces
* a genuine digital detox experience
* days spent outdoors and evenings under the stars
* a quiet base close to the sea

⸻

🚫 Who it may not suit

This villa may not be the right choice if you:

* require Wi-Fi, TV, or streaming services
* prefer traditional air conditioning
* want to stay in the heart of the nightlife or close to busy commercial areas
* are looking for a fast-paced, urban holiday

⸻

Villa del Fico d’India is more than just a holiday home. It offers a different way to experience Sardinia: slower, more natural, and more authentic. A place where silence is not the absence of something, but an essential part of the experience.

Trop dangereux a utiliser.

Bella casa in campagna vicino a spiagge e servizi

Villa relax

Fantastic house surrounded by perfect beaches

We stayed at Robertos house for 6 days, and would have loved to stay there for much longer. The house is spacious and worked perfect for our family. We can absolute recommend it - for sure the best place we stayed on our Sardinia roundtrip.
