Perfect place fir a relaxing week

Our family wanted to spend a week together relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and facilities cala d'or had to offer. The bungalow was perfect - beautiful location and only a short walk from both the town centre and Marina. Florence was particularly helpful right from the booking enquiry to checkout. The view is the star

This is a lovely spacious 2BR/2BA apartment with wonderful terraces overlooking the Cala Gran beach. Everything was exactly as represented in the VRBO listing. We would note that the parking is street parking that can be busy during the day but we always found a spot somewhere. It's a busy little town so there is occasional noise. Also, the apartment could be better outfitted - there are no swimming towels (we had to buy 3 for Euro10 each in town), the coffee pot is ridiculously small, the sheets are worn and ill-fitting, no paper towel, bedroom ceiling fans don't work (but the AC was good). At the end of the day, these are small things and we felt 5* was still warranted.

Fantastic rental in a beautiful location.

This was our first visit to Mallorca, but sure to not be our last. We spent a few comfortable and peaceful days in Cala d'Or during the off season. The apartment was exactly as described and the location was perfect. A very quiet and peaceful time of the year. Florence was extremely friendly, helpful, and thorough. Highly recommended!

Perfect in every way!

Couldn't ask for more. Great location: steps from the beach, walking distance to several restaurants in town. Great view of the cala. Condo had all the necessities: two bathrooms, a washer, dishwasher, oven & cooler. Parking on the street was easy to find. Check-in was easy. We didn't want to leave and will be back again soon!

Beautiful location

Perfect location in Cala d'Or. Easy walk to restaurants and just a few steps from the beach. Well equipped kitchen. The deck is amazing and we spent a lot of time there reading and enjoying the views. Florence was great as well and check in was very easy. We would definitely book this rental again.

The apartment was excellent! Brilliant location with a sea view, clean with new furniture and a good selection of equipment in the kitchen. Florence was really helpful, especially as we arrived late so she was able to leave the key for us.

This is really great apartment and so close to the beach.

The apartment is really nice, very clean and bright and plenty of space, bigger than the pictures. Right on the beach and very close to town. The views are lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic apartment, in a great location, a few steps to the beach and literally 5 minute walk to centre of Cala D’Or. Our host Florence was excellent, there if you needed anything. Really well equipped apartment with everything you need too. Definitely worth a visit - we hope to be back soon!

Tolles Apartment in bester Lage

Das Apartment befindet sich in Hanglage mit Blick auf die Bucht Cala Grande, direkt im Ortskern von Cala d‘Or. Der Blick in die Bucht und auf den Strand ist atemberaubend schön. Es gibt einen Fußweg in der Anlage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Die Betreuung von Florence war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Enttäuscht....

Die Fotos und die Beschreibung sind sehr vielversprechend. Zuerst das Positive, die Aussicht ist ein Traum, der Balkon ist herrlich und der Blick aufs Meer einmalig. Die Bucht ist jedoch sehr überlaufen. Leider waren wir enttäuscht von der Qualität des Appartements. Zuerst ist uns der muffige Geruch aufgefallen, mit geschlossenem Fenster konnten wir nicht schlafen weil es im Schlafzimmer sehr muffig gerochen hat. Wir hatten durchgängig die Fenster offen. Die Qualität der des Küchenzubehörs lies auch zu wünschen übrig. Bei allen Pfannen war die Teflonschicht kaputt. Die Messer im Messerblock hatten teilweise fehlende Schrauben, in den Löchern befand sich Rost und Dreck. Bei einem weiteren Messer ging die Beschichtung ab, die hing dann beim Abschneiden der Butter "AN" der Butter. Im Wohnbereich hängt eine Kamera die bei Bewegung "grün" blinkt. Geht gar nicht! Eigentlich hatte ich vor öfters zu kochen, allerdings verging es mir. Dazu kommt noch das wir einmal Rührei machten, die Dauer der Bratzeit lag bei circa 15 Minuten, entweder war der Herd oder die Pfanne schuld. Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sahen neu aus, waren top. Sitzecke im Wohnbereich war auch gut erhalten! Polster der Balkonmöbel könnte man mal waschen. Sahen benutzt aus! Waschen unserer Wäsche war nicht möglich, Waschmaschine lief aus und ich fand die Waschmaschine versifft. Wir reisten 2 Tage vorher ab, nachdem eine Kakerlake durch das Badezimmer lief. Alles Ansichtssache, aber Preis/Leistung passt nicht.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Bucht

Es handelt sich um ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment. Man hat sowohl vom Wohnraum als auch vom Balkon einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Cala Gran und das Meer. Das Apartment war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und ist gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es hochwertige Ess- und Loungemöbel mit ordentlichen Polstern. Die Kommunikation mit Florence lief sehr gut, ebenso Übergabe und Abnahme des Apartments. Auch jetzt im Winter war es mit der Klimaanlage in Wohnraum und Schlafzimmern und Heizstrahlern in den Bäden trotz kälterer Nächte sehr angenehm und wir konnten gemütliche Abende drinnen verbringen. Wenn man noch etwas verbessern wollte, würde ich die Duschkabinen gegen etwas modernere Duschen austauschen.

A Perfect Autumn Holiday

We were travelling with our 8 y.o. twins and arrived in Mallorca very early in the morning. Thanks to Florence, we were even able to check in right after breakfast. The apartment has a fantastic view and offers everything we needed during our holiday, i.e. from dishwasher tabs to children toys, from beverages in the fridge to olive products in the kitchen. It is situated right in front of the beautiful sandy beach and close to minimarkets, shops and restaurants, and yet offers a very quiet neigbourhood. Florence is extremely helpful to hint out where we can get local products, places to visit, etc. Anytime back to Cala d'Or, we will definitely stay in this apartment again. Thank you for making our holiday unforgetable :).

Sehr schöne Wohnung in direkter Lage zum Strand in Cala d'Or

Der Support von Florence vor Ort - vielen Dank noch mal!! - war wirklich vorbildlich. Super nett und top professionell. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat: - Klimatisierung in beiden Schlafzimmern und dem Wohn-Ess-Bereich - direkter eigener Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand in wenigen Schritten - Parkplätze an der Strasse je nach Tageszeit immer vorhanden - Matratzen sind in gutem Zustand und nicht zu weich. - Couch und Sitzmöbel sind ebenfalls in gutem Zustand - zwei komplette Sitzgruppen auf dem großen Terassenbereich inkl. Sitzkissen sehr bequem - teilweise elektrische Markisen Es gibt nur Kleinigkeiten, die aus unserer - wie immer persönlicher Sicht - noch ein bisschen verbessert werden könnten: - kleine Kaffeemaschine (Filtergröße 2) könnte für mich als Kaffee"fan" größer sein :) - aus dem Duschkopf kommt sehr wenig Wasser raus - muss man halt ein bisschen länger drunter stehen bleiben Also man sieht / liest schon: Rundum tolle Wohnung!!
