Casa Sebastiana is a prominent and impressive looking villa with mature gardens and trees surrounding giving it a good level of privacy. The location is ideal for families and groups as it sits a few minutes stroll from the famous Cala D’or Marina lined with a wide selection of good quality restaurants for you to choose from, most have seating outside overlooking the Marina allowing you to take in the sea air and make the most of taking a look at the millionaires yachts that reside there. The villa itself is across two storeys and lends itself towards two families or groups as both levels consist of three bedrooms, one on each level has an ensuite, kitchen, family bathroom and lounge giving independence from the rest of party if desired. Once you are outside there is a good sized kidney shaped pool with ladder access as well as terraces areas for sunbathing or why not take advantage of the Brick Built BBQ and enjoy some Spanish style alfresco dining. If you would like to stroll to the beach, the popular Calo d'es Pou beach is aprox 16 mins walk away, and for shopping you are never far from a mini market or for bigger shops head West a few minutes to the Es Pou area of Cala D’or. Still need more? Then catch the road train round the marina to Cala D’or town for an array of shops and café’s.
