There are also several local golf clubs including the beautiful Val D'or golf, horse riding through the national park, Scuba diving and tennis courts in easy walking distance and the charm of Porto Petro a 7 minute drive away. Cala D'or is 45 minutes from Palma airport.

The modern, light-flooded villa with direct access to the beach of Cala Gran, one of the most beautiful beaches of Cala d Or and its proximity to the town centre makes holiday dreams come true. The beautiful entrance of the house leads first into the tasteful kitchen and then into the open living-dining area, which offers a fantastic view over the lovely terrace and pool over the bay of Cala Gran. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds which has a magnificent view of the sea and an associated guest bathroom with bathtub.

On the first floor there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms with private access to the large balcony. The second floor consists of the master bedroom with elegant en suite bathroom and a roof terrace with magnificent views of Cala d Or and the vast sea. All bedrooms have brand new air conditioning units. The large infinity pool can be heated at some times of year at extra cost. The garage of the property has two parking spaces. The villa has High Speed 100MB/s ADSL Internet.

All electricity used at the house is from the solar panels on the roof or 100% renewable sources supplied by Gesternova Energia, Spain.

BABIES AND CHILDREN: Please note that while we do not restrict babies and young children, however there are stone stairs in the house with no baby gates and a deep swimming pool so children will be welcomed under the supervision of their parents. We do not take responsibility for young children unsupervised. High chair and cot or child's bed can be supplied at extra cost.
