The Forti 52 Planas is built in the second line of the sea and offers, from the main living area on the upper floor, a fantastic view of the sea and the fortress tower "Es Fortí", after which the quiet residential area belonging to Cala D'Or is also named , The sandy beach of Caló des Pou is about 400 m away. The center of Cala Egos, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets is around 600 m away and the marina of Cala D’Or can be reached in two minutes by car. The center of Cala D’Or, with a large selection of restaurants, shops and exciting nightlife, can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
The Forti 52 Planas is a modern, spacious holiday home on two floors. When designing and furnishing, great attention was paid to natural light and optimal comfort. The main living area, which is quite unusual, is located on the upper floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor. Thanks to this division, more brightness can be found in the living area, in summer a fresh breeze comes in from the sea and you can enjoy a wonderful view that would not be granted the other way around. To divide: on the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite with walk-in shower, another with two single beds, access to a covered terrace and also bathroom en-suite with walk-in shower. These 2 bedrooms count with air conditioning. Two further bedrooms with two single beds each share a bathroom. There is also a laundry room with washing machine. A free-standing staircase, without a handrail, leads to the upper living area. The villa is therefore not apted for children. The living and dining area is provided with sliding glass doors extending from the floor to the ceiling. The spacious living area with its cozy, large sofas is inviting. When the window front is open, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea view. The dining area is equipped with a table for up to 8 people. A glass wall separates the dining area from the well-equipped kitchen, which gives a bright and modern impression. From the kitchen there is access to a small rear terrace with a mobile barbecue and a small table and chairs for an outdoor barbecue. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry and a guest toilet. The living area leads to the large front terrace with bright chairs. Here you can imagine to have a glass of wine with friends and enjoy the wonderful view of the nearby sea and the entire privileged situation.
The outdoor area has a small pool for private use. Green areas with sun loungers for eight people offer space to relax and sunbathe. A covered terrace with a view of the pool offers the opportunity to retreat to the shade in the hottest hours.

Schade um ein so schönes Objekt
Wie die Mieter vorher, schließe ich mich an....Muffig in Schränken...da nützen noch so viele Duftsäckchen nichts, da hilft nur alte Schränke raus und neue rein.
Schmutzig auf der Terasse und Sitzauflagen für draußen wäre schön.
Besteck sollte mal ausgetauscht werden, da teilweise rostig und stumpf, und auf das angeforderte Brotmesser, haben wir vergeblich gewartet.
Der Preis für Mai war ok, da es eine wirklich sehr schöne Lage ist, allerdings wär ich bei den anderen Preisen beleidigt gewesen, wenn man mir ein so abgefracktes Haus angeboten hätte. Wirklich schade...Die Kaffemaschine war defekt, wurde aber sofort getauscht
