Holiday home for 6 people with a pool in a great location near the marina and center of Cala D'Or, Mallorca. Cala D'Or beach is 650 meters away. The pedestrian zone in the town center offers shops, bars, a good selection of restaurants, and pubs with live music. The marina, with its excellent restaurants and cafes overlooking the harbor, is just a short walk away.

Villa Margarita consists of a main house and an annex. The main house has a kitchen with access to the outside and an open-plan living/dining room. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The third bedroom is located on the first floor of the annex and is accessible via an external staircase. It has two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a sitting area.

The outdoor area offers a covered terrace and a built-in barbecue for al fresco dining. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, the perfect place to sunbathe and relax.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms with set and limited usage times.

Villa in Cala d’or

Fantastic location, easy walk to restaurants, bars, marina, beaches and supermarket. A good space for 6 adults with added bonus of an annexe for privacy. Villa was very clean on arrival. However, it is a little tired/dated and could do with modernisation of furnishings and as a self-catering property that should include more equipment in the kitchen such as a set of decent sharp knives and some better non-stick pans. The pool whilst clean on arrival, was not cleaned often enough and was very dirty by the time we left and visibility was poor making it less than inviting. There were also only 4 sun loungers for 6 people and whilst the owner found one more, one of our party was always without anywhere to lie around the pool which was really disappointing as we spent a lot of time at the property.. If a place sleeps 6, then 6 people should be catered for. We did however enjoy our stay.
